To overcome acute pain, nursing implementation is carried out on these post appendicitis surgery patients. Method: This research design uses descriptive method in the form of case studies. The approach used is the nursing implementation approach. This research was conducted to compare two respondents who had been given the implementation. Results: The results showed that after nursing implementation was carried out, it was found that the patient's pain was reduced, marked by a decrease in the pain scale, in patient 1 the pain scale decreased from 5 to 2 and in patient 2 the pain scale decreased from 6 to 2. DHF often occurs in children aged less than 15 years, with the highest attack rate in the age of 5-9 years. Method : This tyoe of reseacrh design used is descriptive in case studies. This approach used is the nursing process which consists of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing. Subjects in this study consisted of 2 people with criteria suffering from DHF grade I and of the same gender. This research was conducted at Bhayangkara Palembang Hospital on 21-26 April 2021. Result : Nursing implementation in the form of giving warm comptrsses shows that the patient’s fever has decreased. The results showed that the family social support that many families give to people with bronchial asthma is that the family looks very enthusiastic about the education given. Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to have family social support in order to minimize the frequency of recurrences experienced by Bronchial Asthma sufferers.
