Purpose of Case Study: The author is able to implement nursing in hypertensive patients with acute pain problems. Pada edukasi tentang nyeri, setelah diberikan edukasi kedua pasien mulai mengetahui tentang nyeri yang dideritanya. Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. The purpose of this case study is to be able to implement effective cough exercises, deep breathing relaxation techniques and provide health education to families regarding pulmonary tuberculosis. The subjects of this case study were two patients and families of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with problems with the ineffectiveness of airway clearance. Case studies are conducted in the working area of the 1 Ulu Palembang Health Center in 2021, namely in the family home of Mr. S and Ms. S. Case studies are carried out with home visits of at least 3 visits to provide family nursing implementation to the family from April 11 to April 13, 2021. At the time of assessment the patient was coughing and experiencing shortness. Implementation carried out on patients and families, among others, for the problem of the ineffectiveness of airway cleaning carried out effective cough exercises, deep breathing relaxation techniques and providing health education regarding pulmonary tuberculosis. Evaluation of the three issues raised, all of which can be resolved. Based on the results of the discussion conducted by the author, this suggestion can be used as a learning material and reference material in providing nursing implementation with pulmonary tuberculosis. Diabetes mellitus is a type of chronic disease characterized by an increase in blood sugar levels due to a disruption in the metabolic system in the body. The purpose of this study was to carry out and determine the description of nursing care in Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients with nutritional deficits. The type of research used is descriptive analytic in the form of a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were two Diabetes Mellitus patients with nutritional deficits at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang in 2021. The results obtained in both patients by measuring body weight, performing oral hygiene and providing education on DM diet to overcome nutritional deficits, namely the presence of weight gain and reduced nausea. In addition, after being given education about the DM diet, the two patients were able to find out how to do the right DM diet.
