However, on the whole many nurses were not in good health. Due to lack of sleep and inadequate sleep quality which has a negative impact on their work performance, as well as on the safety and security of nurses themselves, not only that the work environment in hospitals also has an impact on nurses, and subsequently on the quality of services provided. This needs attention from both nurses and hospitals. If the safety and health of nurses are not considered, there will be an increase in absenteeism, work dissatisfaction, decreased productivity, loss of self-confidence, creativity and concentration of nurses in work where it will affect nurse services to patients. This study aims to describe the application of Healthy Nurse indicators Worksite Wellness and Healthy Sleep at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. This research uses a non-experimental quantitative design using a descriptive study. The sampling in this study used a non�probability sampling technique with 60 respondents. The analysis in this study used the Guttman scale and then classified the assessment qualification criteria. The results of this study show an overview of the application of Healthy Nurse Worksite Wellness indicators in the very good category (73.3%) and Healthy Sleep in the good category (46.7%). It is hoped that with the categories achieved, the Palembang Muhmmadiyah Hospital can provide facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of healthy sleep and work environment for nurses because it can support the quality of services provided by nurses to patients. Populasi studi penelitian ini Gambaran Penerapan Hygiene Sanitasi Makanan diTinjau Dari Prilaku dan Karakteristik Penjamah Makanan di Rumah Makanan Sekitar Kampus Jurusan Kesehatan Lingkungan Poltekkes Palembang 2022. Sampel dengan jumlah 31 penjamah makanan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu secara Total Sampling. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat pendidikan penjamah makanan yang paling banyak adalah tingkat Perguruan Tinggi S1 sebanyak 1 orang (3,3%) , kemudian disusul oleh tingkat SMA/SMK sebanyak 18 orang (58%), Tingkat rendah SLTP sebanyak 12 orang (38,7%), tidak ada penjamah makanan yang tingkat pendidikannya SD. Tingkat pengetahuan penjamah makanan di Rumah Makan sekitar kampus Jurusan kesehatan Lingkungan Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang keseluruhan masuk kategori baik, 31 orang (100%). Terdapat 31 orang ( 100 % ) yang mempunyai hygiene perorangan baik. Kesimpulan : sebagian besar rumah makan disekitar kampus sudah memenuhi syarat Hygiene Sanitasi. One complication in patients with diabetes mellitus is diabetic ulcer. Diabetic ulcer can be treated with wound care. The main principle in wound care management is infection control because infection can inhibit the wound healing process. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of wound care in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. Method: This type of research is narrative in the form of literature study using researt library. Criteria for articles/ research results used in this study consisted of 5 artices/ research results published online between 2015-2019. Result: In article one after being given wound care condition is slought, there is granulation, no pus, the wound is still smelly, lenght 7 cm, width 4 cm, in 2 cm, degree of wound 3, Last GDA: 180 Mg/dl, sample two wound condition has pus, the wound was seepingm the patient felt pain when GDA: 215 mg/dl treated. Study two after wound care was given wound score to 24. Study 3 after wound care wass given in sample one was 30 and sample two was 28. Study four showed that the width remained 10%, sludge is reduced by 10% and pus from 10 cc to 5 cc, the odor is reduced so that the third day does not cause a pungent odor. Articel five after being given a modern bandage is 33.35. The result of studies that have been analyzed from the five articles found that wound care can help the healing process of diabetic ulcers wounds that are being experienced by patient. Conclusion and Suggestion: it can be concluded that the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus ulcer wounds is able to help the wound healing process and reduce the impact of infection on diabetic wounds and Future researchers are expected to be able to conduct research better so that knowledge about wound care for Diabetes Melllitus can continue to grow in the future. Banyak masalah yang akan ditimbulkan dari cedera kepala yaitu penurunan sirkulasi O2 pada otak yang jika tidak ditangani akan terjadi peningkatan tekanan intrakranial, penurunan kesadaran dan nyeri kepala. Klasifikasi cedera kepala terbagi dalam cedera kepala ringan dengan nilai GCS 13-15, cedera kepala sedang dengan nilai GCS 9-12 dan cedera kepala berat dengan nilai GCS < 8 atau 8. Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran implementasi Head Up 30o dalam penatalaksanaan pada kasus cedera kepala. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain naratif studi literatur dengan memperoleh artikel yang dipublikasi di Google Scholar dan Researchget dengan rentang tahun 2017-2020. Penelitian yang diperoleh dari lima artikel menjelaskan tentang penerapan Head Up 30o pada penderita cedera kepala. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima artikel tersebut sama-sama mempunyai implementasi Head Up 30o untuk menagani pasien cedera kepala. Kesimpulan: Penerapan Head Up30o dapat digunakan sebagai penatalaksanaan pada penderita cedera kepala yang mengalami masalah keperawatan nyeri kepala, perfusi serebral tidak efektif dan penurunan tingkat kesadaran. Rasa kaku dan nyeri yang lebih banyak mengenai persendian penopang berat badan seperti sendi panggul dan sendi lutut pada ekstremitas bawah. Untuk mengatasi nyeri lutut diperlukan terapi non farmakologi dalam mengatasinya berupa penerapan range of motion.Tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan range of motion (ROM) terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada lansia dengan osteoarthritis Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian naratif yang menggunakan sumber literatur yang berbentuk jurnal dan artikel ilmiah khususnya yang terpublikasi yang merupakan hasil penelitian sebelumnya.Pengumpulan data sumber literature pada penelitian ini adalah Google Scholar, Researchget, dengan menggunakan Kata Kunci “Lansia”, “Nyeri ”, “Osteoarthritis” dan “Range Of Motion” dengan kriteria penerbitan artikel jurnal dari tahun 2015-2018, artikel dengan teks yang lengkap sesuai dengan topik, merupakan artikel intervensi untuk mengatasi nyeri pada pasien dengan osteoarthritis,dilanjutkan dengan analisis untuk melihat perbandingan antara lima artikel dan selanjutnya memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi nyeri pada pasien dengan osteoarthritis.Hasil Berdasarkan lima artikel yang terpilih tentang penerapan range of motion terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada lansia dengan osteoarthritis terbukti bahwa range of motion dapat menurunkan skala nyeri pasien dengan osteoarthritis. Diharapkan untuk perawat dapat menerapkan range of motion (ROM) untuk menurunkan skala nyeri pada lansia dengan osteoarthritis. Pada tahun 2019 jumlah korban kasus KLB Keracunan Pangan di Sumatera Selatan sebanyak 158 orang. Hasil uji terbanyak disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme yang salah satunya berasal dari penjamah makanan jasa boga yang kurang menjaga sanitasi saat proses pengolahan (BPOM Palembang, 2020). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) pada proses pengolahan hidangan lauk hewani di Fifin Catering kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Sampel dari penelitian adalah hidangan ayam panggang dan rendang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 6 dari 8 kunci SSOP sudah diterapkan di Fifin Catering. Kunci SSOP yang belum diterapkan yaitu aspek kondisi permukaan yang kontak dengan bahan pangan serta aspek fasilitas pencuci tangan, sanitasi, dan toilet.
