Conversing with other people is one of the efforts that can be done to reduce the appearance of hallucinations in patients. However, research exploring the benefits of conversing is still very limited. Methods : This case study study aims to describe the implementation of conversational nursing techniques for auditory hallucinations patients conducted at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation, South Sumatra. This case study research is descriptive, with the implementation method using nursing care. The research data was taken by means of the assessment process, interviews, and direct observation. Conducted from January 31 to February 06, 2022. The subjects of the case study were three patients with auditory hallucinations. Results : After implementation on patients, it was found that speaking was effective in controlling auditory hallucinations. However, the inhibiting factor during implementation was that the researcher could not see directly the patient applying the way of conversing when his hallucinations appeared. Conclusion : Conversation is effective to control the hallucinations experienced by patients because it can divert patients from listening to unreal voices into real conversations. Menganalisis data studi kasus berdasarkan hasil eksplorasi mendalam dan selanjutnya dicari kesamaan informasi diantara pasien dan selanjutnya diberikan eksplanasi sesuai kondisi pasien. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan implementasi pada pasien didapatkan hasil bahwa bercakap-cakap efektif dalam mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran. Seluruh pasien dapat mengidentifikasi isi halusinasi, waktu terjadinya halusinasi, situasi yang memicu munculnya halusinasi, menjelaskan manfaat bercakap-cakap sebagai upaya untuk mengontrol halusinasinya, mendemonstrasikan teknik bercakap-cakap saat halusinasinya sedang dialami. Family Caregiver dilatih ROM, Perawatan Diri memandikan dan berpakaian, kemudian family Caregiver diminta melatih klien sampai mampu melakukan perawatan diri. Hasil: family Caregiver mampu melakukan perawatan diri namun belum mampu melakukan ROM. ROM klien meningkat pada sendi jari tangan, lutut, pergelangan kaki. Persendian tetap kaku pada pergelangan dan siku. Klien berpakaian dengan teknik yang aman, mendahulukan anggota gerak yang sakit.Pembahasan: Latihan ROM dirasakan cukup mudah oleh Caregiver sedangkan teknik membuka persendian yang kaku belum bisa dilakukan mandiri. Diperlukan kolaborasi dengan terapis profesional untuk melatih persendian yangkaku. Kemandirian dalam perawatan diri meningkat namun demikian tetap dibutuhkan pendampingan family Caregiver untuk latihan ROM Kesimpulan:Sangat dibutuhkan family Caregiver sejak awal dengan pembekalan keterampilan yang memadai sesuai kondisi klien. Approximately 15 million people suffer a first stroke each year, with a third of these cases or about 6.6 million resulting in death (3.5 million women and 3.1 million men). Method : This writing aims to provide a description or description of the management of stroke in patients with impaired physical mobility at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. The type of descriptive research with nursing care approach is in the form of assessment, data analysis, formulating nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the treatment of stroke with problems with physical mobility disorders. Management of impaired physical mobility was carried out for 3 days on Mrs S and Mr B with data collection techniques using interviews and observations. Then a nursing plan is carried out, namely mobilization support and Range Of Motion (ROM) exercise techniques. Result : The final result was that the patient had impaired physical mobility due to hemiparesis on the right and left sides of the body. Conclusion : Based on the nursing actions taken, it can be concluded that the physical mobility disorder in the patient has not been resolved. It is hoped that the case studies that have been carried out by the authors can optimize and improve the quality of education for educational institutions. Sampel Penelitian ini sebanyak 97 data Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 yang terdokumentasi di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Palembang, Teknik Sampling yang digunakan Total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan Mann Whitney test. Hasil Penelitian : Rata-rata Nilai eLFG dengan formula MDRD dan CKD-EPI pada penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 yaitu 97,85 ml/min/1,73m2 dan 85,67 ml/min/1,73m2. Dari Hasil Uji Mann-Whitney didapat hasil p > α (0,05) yaitu p value = 0.3498, yang berarti Tidak ada perbedaan hasil pemeriksaan pada Nilai eLFG yang dihitung dengan Formula MDRD dan CKD-EPI. Kesimpulan : Tidak Ada Perbedaan terhadap Nilai eLFG yang dihitung dengan Formula MDRD dan CKD-EPI. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-ef icacy and stress levels with the quality of life of hypertension suf erers in the working area of the Makrayu Health Center Palembang. Metode ini this research used a descriptive analytic research design using a cross sectional approach. Sampling in this study is non-probability sampling that is purposive sampling with 65 respondents. The analysis used is the Chi-square correlation test. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between self-ef icacy (p= 0.000) and stress levels (p= 0.000) with the quality of life of patients with hypertension. Which means that there is a relationship between self-ef icacy and stress levels with the quality of life of hypertension suf erers in the working area of the Makrayu Palembang Health Center in 2021.
