Sekolah dapat menjadi ancaman penularan bibit penyakit jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Anak usia sekolah merupakan kelompok risiko tinggi terserang penyakit. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan anak tentang kesehatan dalam hal ini penyakit menular dan tidak menular. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan kesehatan bermain sambil belajar denganmenggunakan permainan kartu flash kuartet (Quarted Flash Card). Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas VI SD IT An-Nida Kota Lubuklinggau berjumlah 25 anak. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan rerata pengetahuan penyakit menular dan tidak menular nilai pre dan posttest yaitu 42,40 menjadi 80,40. Kategori nilai pretest mayoritas kurang baik 80%, meningkat menjadi baik 72%. Terbentuknya duta sanitasi cilik sebagai agen perubahan di lingkungan sekolah. Kartu kuartet dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif selama di sekolah. TujuanPenelitian :Mengetahui jumlah eosinofil pada pasien tuberkulosis paru yang menerima terapi OAT berdasarkan usia, riwayat penyakit infeksi (HIV), riwayat hepatitis dan lama pengobatan.MetodePenelitian:Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat naratif studi literatur. Literatur yang dipakai berjumlah 11 literatur dari tahun 2013-2020 dan diakses melalui Google Scholar, PubMed, dan NCBI.HasilPenelitian: Jumlah eosinofil pada penderita tuberkulosis yang menerima terapi obat anti tuberkulosis rata – rata terjadi peingkatan. Berdasarkan usia peningkatan jumlah eosinofil pada usia yang beresiko (15-55 tahun). Berdasarkan riwayat penyakit infeksi (HIV) rata-rata terjadi peningkatan jumlah eosinofil pada kelompok TB dengan HIV. Berdasarkan riwayat hepatitis terjadi peningk rata-ratat rata-ratan pada kelompom TB dengan adanya hepatitis. Berdasarkan lama pengobatan terdapat perbedaan jumlah eosinofil pada tahap intensif dengan tahap lanjutan.Kesimpulan :Dengan demikian diharapkan pasien tuberkulosis paru yang menerima terapi OAT memeriksakan jumlah eosinofil secara rutinsebagai skrining awal dari efek samping obat anti tuberkulosis. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus pada 2 responden yaitu An.A Dan An.J dengan kriteria, anak 1 sampai 3 tahun yang mengalami gangguan pertumbuhan, berat badan yang tidak normal di usianya. Hasil : Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pertumbuhan melalui perbaikan tinggi badan (TB) dengan panjang badan, perbaikan Berat Badan (BB). Instrument yang digunakan adalah format pengkajian yang sudah ditetapkan dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi dan wawancara. Masalah yang ditemukan adalah Gangguan pertumbuhan dan telah diberikan asuhan keperawatan langsung pada klien dengan menggunakan pendekatan strategi pelaksanaan dalam implementasinya. Kesimpulan : Bahwa pemberian nutrisi dapat memperbaiki pertumbuhan balita yang memperoleh kalsium, karbohidrat, protein, dengan itu berat badan yang menjadi prioritas , bahwa anak yang mengalami gangguan pertumbuhan terdapat pada masalah nutrisinya. Berdasarkan penelitian bahwa dengan memonitor berat badan nutrisi anak tersebut terpenuhi walau hanya sedikit meningkat. Dan pada kelompok umur angka tertinggi yang mengalami karies adalah anak yang berusia 9 tahun. Kesimpulan : Semakin besar usia maka semakin banyak terjadinya karies gigi.
