Latar Belakang : Selama kehamilan, wanita akan mengalami perubahan baik secara anatomi, fisiologi maupun psikologi sehingga menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan selama kehamilan. Salah satu ketidaknyamanan yang sering dialami ibu hamil adalah nyeri punggung bawah. Nyeri punggung bawah biasanya akan meningkat intensitasnya seiring pertambahan usia kehamilan, bertambah pula berat badan janin dan curva vertebrae cendurung ke arah depan sehingga menyebabkan distress pada vertebrae, karena nyeri ini terjadi akibat pergesaran pusat gravitasi wanita dan postur tubuh. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi akupresur terhadap low back pain pada ibu hamil trimester III di Bidan Praktik Mandiri Kota Palembang Tahun 2018. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Pre-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu ibu hamil multigravida trimester III yang mengalami nyeri punggung bawah dengan besar sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan bahan yang digunakan berupa Job Sheet akupresur, pedoman wawancara dan lembar observasi Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Hasil : Hasil analisis sebelum dan setelah terapi akupresur didapatkan ρ value 0,000 (ρ<0,05), berarti terdapat perbedaan nyeri punggung sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi. Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbedaan tingkat nyeri sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi pada ibu hamil trimester III dan terdapat pengaruh terapi akupresur dalam menguragi low back pain pada ibu hamil trimester III. Saran : Untuk mengatasi nyeri punggung bawah (low back pain) diharapkan bidan dapat memberikan asuhan sayang ibu dalam manajemen nyeri salah satunya terapi akupresur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran asuhan keperawatan dalam penerapan teknik relaksasi napas dalam untuk meminimalkan skala nyeri pada anak usia remaja putri dengan nyeri haid. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosis keperawatan, intervensi, impelemtasi dan evaluasi. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak dua orang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Intervensi utama adalah penerapan terapi teknik relaksasi napas dalam untuk mengurangi skala nyeri haid. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa teknik relaksasi napas dalam dapat meminimalkan skala nyeri haid. Supaya teknik relaksasi napas dalam dapat diterapkan dan digunakan di Puskesmas. The sample was taken by two person in accordance with the criteria for inclusion. Intervention is the application of deep breathing relaxation techniques to reduce the menstrual pain.
