Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus (case study). Objek atau sasaran pada studi kasus ini adalah Ny.’J’ umur (22 tahun) mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, dan nifas. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara (anamnesis) dan pemeriksaan fisik (inspeksi, palpasi, auskultasi, dan perkusi). Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik pada asuhan kebidanan kehamilan yang dilakukan selama kehamilan. Pada Asuhan Kebidanan persalinan terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek yaitu tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri lengkap yaitu tidak mengenakan kaca mata dan masker kepala, sedangkan untuk asuhan kebidanan di nifas terdapat kesenjangan teori dan praktek yaitu ibu nifas tidak mendapatkan kapsul vitamin A dan ibu memberikan bayinya minuman tambahan berupa susu formula. Quality of life is an individual's perception of his life in the context of culture and values held by individuals in relation to personal goals, expectations, standards of living, and concerns that affect physical, psychological, social relationships, and environmental abilities. Objective: To describe the quality of life of Type 2 DM patients during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Makrayu Health Center. Research Methods: This research is quantitative descriptive with a survey approach. Data were collected using a Diabetes Quality of Life (DQOL) questionnaire. Sampling was done by purposive sampling on 53 respondents. The analysis used is univariate data analysis. Results: The results of this study indicate that the youngest age is 31 years and the oldest is 76 years. Respondents are female (54.7%). Respondents have complications of heart disease (54.7%), the average length of time suffering from Type 2 DM is 35.04 months. Quality of life of DM patients (56.6%) had good quality of life. Discussion and Suggestion: In this study, not all respondents have a good quality of life, this is influenced by characteristics, complications, blood glucose levels and the covid-19 pandemic. So it is hoped that the Makrayu Health Center will further increase activities in the DM community by holding exercise activities, checking blood sugar, and providing education, thereby improving the quality of life of DM sufferers. Kombinasi asam stearat dan NaOH 10% sebagai harding agent diketahui dapat menghasilkan stick yang baik dan stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi kombinasi asam stearat dan NaOH 10% yang optimal untuk menghasilkan deodorant stick yang stabil dan memenuhi persyaratan. Deodorant stick yang dibuat menggunakan zat aktif ekstrak daun mangkokan (Nothopanax scutellarium Merr.) dengan kandungan senyawa aktif alkaloid, flavanoid, saponin yang berkhasiat untuk menghilangkan bau badan. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental, dengan ekstrak etanol daun mangkokan (Nothopanax scutellarium Merr.) sebanyak 4% sebagai zat aktif dan memvariasikan kombinasi asam stearat dan NaOH 10% sebagai harding agent dengan konsentrasi 5%:7,2% pada formula I, 7,5%:8,5% pada formula II dan 10%:10% pada formula III. Kemudian dilakukan evaluasi sediaan selama 28 hari penyimpanan meliputi pH, suhu lebur, homogenitas, daya oles, warna, bau dan iritasi kulit. Hasil : Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sediaan deodorant stick selama 28 hari memiliki pH yang cenderung menurun, mengalami penurunan suhu lebur selama masa penyimpanan dengan rentang formula I 68oC -64oC, formula II 69oC -63oC dan formula III 70oC -64 oC dan semua sediaan deodorant stick memiliki daya oles yang baik, homogen dan tidak mengalami perubahan warna, bau serta tidak mengiritasi kulit. Kesimpulan : Ekstrak Daun Mangkokan (Nothopanax scutellarium Merr.) dapat diformulasikan menjadi sediaan deodorant stick yang stabil dan memenuhi persyaratan.
