Jika masukan gizi untuk ibu hamil dari makanan tidak seimbang dengan kebutuhan tubuh maka akan terjadi defisiensi zat gizi. Angka Kematian Ibu menjadi salah satu indikator penting dalam menentukan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) pada tahun 2005 di negara-negara maju angka kematian maternal berkisar antara 5-10 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, sedangkan di negara-negara sedang berkembang berkisar antara 750-1000 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup (Winkjosastro, 2005). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi pada ibu hamil. Variabel independen dari penelitian ini adalah pendidikan, pendapatan dan pengetahuan sedangkan variabel dependen adalah status gizi ibu hamil. Jenis penelitian ini meng-gunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil di Puskesmas Sidorejo Kota Lubuklinggau yaitu berjumlah 40 ibu hamil. Sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner pada responden. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa responden yang memiliki pendidikan rendah ada 23 (57,5%), pendapatan rendah sebanyak 30 (75%), dan responden yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup-kurang sebanyak 27 (67,5%), dan responden status gizi kurang sebanyak 22 (55%). Setelah dilakukan uji statistik chi square diketahahui ketiga variabel tersebut mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan status gizi ibu hamil. Diharapkan bagi Puskesmas untuk memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang gizi pada ibu hamil, dan juga memberikan program pemberian makanan tambahan bergizi pada ibu hamil. Tidak bekerja sebanyak 35 responden (87,5%), jarak rumah ke posyandu dekat sebanyak 39 orang (97,5%). Kehadiran tenaga kesehatan (97,5%),status imunisasi tidak lengkap sebanyak 31 orang (77,5%). Terdapat hubungan antara partisipasi ibu dengan Dukungan Keluarga. Terdapat hubungan antara partisipasi ibu Status Imunisasi. Saran kepada Ibu untuk tingkatkan lagi rasa peduli terhadap anak untuk partisipasi dalam menimbang anak ke Posyandu. In the incidence of hypertension risk factors are divided into two, namely risk factors that cannot be changed (age, gender, heredity) and risk factors that can be changed (obesity, physical activity, smoking, excessive salt consumption, stress and hormonal balance). Understanding the risk factors associated with the incidence of hypertension will help in effective prevention efforts. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of hypertension in the elderly at the working area of the Padang Selasa Public Health Center in Palembang in 2021. Methods : Using analytical survey research method with cross sectional design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique as many as 106 respondents. The results of bivariate analysis using chi-square test and multivariate using binary logistic regression. Results : Bivariate analysis showed that the variables that were statistically significantly related to hypertension in the elderly were heredity history and the incidence of stress with p<0.05. Meanwhile, the results of multivariate analysis showed that heredity (OR=0.089; p=0.0005; 95% CI= 0.033-0.239) was the most dominant factor in the incidence of hypertension in the elderly elderly at the working area of the Padang Selasa Public Health Center in Palembang in 2021. Elderly people with a history of heredity have a higher risk (OR 12.008) than the elderly who do not have a history of heredity. Nurses are at risk of being exposed, infected and experiencing other health problems, besides that nurses are also at risk of experiencing mental health aspects that greatly affect the quality of life and productivity of health services, namely the risk of burnout syndrome or mental fatigue. Burnout is mental fatigue that lasts long enough. Purposes: This study aims to identify the determinant factors associated with burnout in nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design, with a sample size of 63 respondents and the sampling method is purposive sampling. Bivariate data analysis with chi square and multivariate with logistic regression. Results: Bivariate analysis showed that the variables statistically significantly related to nursing burnout were age, marital status and self-efficacy with p<0.05. While the results of the multivariate analysis showed that self-efficacy (RP 0.029; 95% CI 0.004-0.197) was the most dominant factor causing nurse burnout at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. Burnout in nurses with low self-efficacy has a risk seven times (OR 7,000) higher than nurses with high self-efficacy. Discussion and suggestions: In this study, most nurses experienced burnout. Self efficacy is the most related factor to nurse burnout. Burnout in nurses with low self efficacy has a risk seven times higher than nurses with high self efficacy, but burnout is also influenced by age and marital status.
