Suara bising, salah satu efek dari sektor industri dapat menimbulkan gangguan pendengaran atau ketulian pada seseorangyang bekerja atau berada di lingkungan industri. Setiap pekerja yang terpajan kebisingan mempunyai risiko untuk mengalami gangguan pendengaran. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor risiko dengan keluhan gangguan pendengaran pada tenaga kerja bagian produksi PT. Oasis Waters National Palembang Tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional yaitu suatu penelitian dimana faktor independen dan dependennya diteliti secara bersamaan, dalam periode waktu yang sama. Untuk memperoleh data di lapangan dilakukan dengan cara pengukuran intensitas kebisingan pada area kerja produksi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 45 responden yang sedang bekerja pada bagian produksi PT Oasis Waters National Palembang Tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian : terdapat hubungan antara intensitaskebisingan (P=0,01), lama kerja (P=0,03), masa kerja (P=0,03), umur pekerja (P=0,01) dan pemakaian alat pelindung telinga (P=0,02) dengan keluhan gangguan pendengaran pada tenaga kerja bagian produksi PT. Oasis Waters Palembang Tahun 2022. Untuk mengurangi risiko keluhan gangguan pendengaran pada pekerja bagian produksi, maka direkomendasikan untuk menggunakan alat pelindung telinga (APT) yang sesuai standar (safety ear plug dan ear muff). Kata Kunci : keluhan gangguan pendengaran, tenaga kerja bagian produksi.
