Kata Kunci : Teknik Relaksasi Benson, Kualitas Tidur, Lansia Latar Belakang : Gangguan tidur adalah salah satu keluhan paling umum ditemukan pada lansia. Gangguan tidur adalah saat seseorang merasa sulit untuk memulai tidur. Gangguan yang biasa terjadi adalah lamanya waktu tidur atau kuantitas tidur yang tidak sesuai. Selain itu, tidur yang tidak efektif berkaitan dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia. Di sisi lain, peningkatan kualitas tidur pada lansia dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan metode non-farmakologis yang efektif dan aman. Salah satu metode non-farmakologis yang dapat diterapkan adalah Teknik Relaksasi Benson. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik relaksasi Benson terhadap kualitas tidur lansia di Posyandu Lansia Bhakti Kencana Kota Palembang pada tahun 2020. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Pra-Eksperimental dan model One-Test-Post-Postest Group. Sampel penelitian adalah lansia yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi berjumlah 30 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik Mc.Nemar. Hasil : Melalui analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Mc.Nemar terhadap kualitas tidur responden sebelum dan sesudah relaksasi Benson diberikan untuk menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi ρ adalah 0,000 (p≤ 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan antara kualitas tidur responden sebelum dan sesudah perawatan. Kesimpulan : Adanya efektivitas teknik relaksasi benson terhadap kualitas tidur lansia. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambah lagi variabel dalam penelitian yang berhubungan dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia. Title A name given to the resource EFEKTIVITAS TERAPI BEKAM DAN BEKAM PLUS MURROTAL TERHADAP PENURUNAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS SIMPANG PERIUK KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU TAHUN 2020 Subject The topic of the resource Tekanan Darah, Bekam, Hipertensi, Bekam Plus Murrotal Description An account of the resource Latar belakang: Prevelensi hipertensi nasional berdasarkan Riskesdas 2018 sebesar 34,11%, tertinggi mengalami hipertensi di kalimantan selatan (44,13%) sedangkan terendah di papua (22,22%). Adapun yang terdiagnosis oleh dokter hanya (8,36) dan yang minum obat antihipertensi (8,84), alasan tidak minum obat sebanyak (11,5) dan yang rutin mengukur tekanan darah ada (12,0) berdasarkan data tersebut dari 34,11% orang yang mengalami hipertensi hanya 1/3 yang terdiagnosis, sisanya 2/3 tidak terdiagnosis tidak terdiagnosis data menunjukkan hanya 0,7% orang yang terdiagnosis darah tinggi dan minum obat hipertensi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebegian besar penderita hipertensi tidak menyadari menderita hipertensi ataupun mendapatkan pengobatan (Kemenkes, 2018). Tujuan:Menganalisis Efektivitas Terapi Bekam dan Bekam Plus Murrotal Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Simpang Periuk Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun 2020. Metode:penelitian ini adalah Quasi-experiment design dengan jenis two group pretest dan posttests design. Uji statistic menggunakan uji Marginal Homogeneity. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 responden penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Simpang Periuk Kota Lubuklinggau. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian dengan menggunakan uji paired t test di ketahui nilai rerata sebelum dan setelah terapi komplementer Bekam dan Bekam Plus Murrotal dengan P value. 0,000. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan signifikan bahwa terapi komplementer Bekam dan Bekam Plus Murrotal terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi.
