Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen pre test and post test one group . Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengkaji keluhan ibu hamil trimester III sebelum (pre test) dan sesudah (post test) dilakukan yoga antenatal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang tinggal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Merdeka. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah quota sampling. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan keluhan ibu hamil trimester III sebelum dan sesudah perlakukan digunakan uji beda dua mean dependent samples t test. Rata-rata keluhan ibu hamil adalah 12,78 (95% CI : 26,80-31,51), median 13 dengan standar deviasi 2,210. Keluhan paling sedikit dengan skor 7 dan paling banyak dengan skor 16. Rata-rata keluhan ibu hamil adalah 12,19 (95% CI : 11,14-13,24), median 13,00 dengan standar deviasi 2,912. Keluhan paling sedikit dengan skor 6 dan paling banyak dengan skor 17. Hasil uji statistic didapatkan nilai p = 0,005 maka dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara keluhan ibu hamil sebelum dilakukan yoga antenatal dan setelah dilakukan yoga antenatal. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk mensosialisasikan pelaksanaan yoga antenatal kepada ibu hamil dan keluarga. Breast milk production can be increased by breast care, one of them with a rolling massage. Health cadres as the spearhead of health services have an important role in improving knowledge for postpartum mothers in the rolling massage. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of rolling massage training towards cadre skill at Puskesmas Multi Wahana Palembang 2016. Method: The study used pre- experimental with pre-posttest only design and conduct at Puskesmas Multi Wahana Palembang on October 2016. Total population was all cadres and obtained 38 samples by using total sampling. Independent variable was rolling massage training and dependent variable was cadre skill. Instrument used observation sheet and analysis with Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Result: The result showed there was influence of rolling massage training towards cadre skill (p=0.000). Discussion: Rolling massage training can have a positive impact on the smooth of breast milk, so for health cadres who are trained in the rolling massage can disseminate to postpartum mothers. Other researchers can be combining the rolling massage therapy with other therapies.
