Cakupan di Kecamatan Seberang Ulu s ebesar 66,15%. Kecamatan ini ada 3 (tiga) Puskesmas, cakupan yang terendah adalah Pu skesmas 7 Ulu Palembang sebesar 43,9 %. Cakupan ini masih jauh di bawah target penc apaian pemberian ASI ekslusif Indonesia yaitu 80%. Untuk meningkatkan cakupan ASI ekslusif, dilakukan dengan mencari faktor determinan perilaku ibu dalam pemberian ASI ekslusif ibu menyusui di Puskesmas 7 Ulu Palembang. Diharapkan dengan diketahui penyebab perilaku ibu dalam pemberian ASI ekslusif dapat meningkatkan cakupan pemberian ASI e kslusif di daerah tersebut. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui Determinan pemberian ASI ekslusi f ibu menyusui di Puskesmas 7 Ulu Palembang. Metode : Menggunakan Cross Sectional . Sampel berjumlah 35 responden yang memilki bayi (0-6) bulan. Pengumpulan data den gan wawancara serta dokumentasi, dianalisis menggunakan uji chisquare . Hasil : Ada hubungan antara Sikap dengan pemberian ASI ekslusif. Tidak ada hubungan antara P engetahuan, pekerjaan, pendidikan, jumlah anak, inisiasi menyusui dini, dan pertolonga n melahirkan dengan pemberian ASI ekslusif. Manfaat : Dapat digunakan petugas kesehatan puskesmas 7 Ulu untuk meningkatkan capaian program pemberian ASI ekslusif di Kota Palembang, meningkatnya kesadaran ibu memberikan ASI ekslusif pada bayi. Pelayan Informasi Obat bisa dilakukan dengan metode lisan, tulisan, dan lewat telepon, penelitian terdahulu menyebutkan bahwa kebutuhan pasien terhadap informasi obat sangatlah tinggi. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan tentang kebutuhan informasi obat bagi penderita hipertensi di beberapa apotek Kimia Farma kota Palembang yang meliputi pengalaman responden terhadap informasi obat, kebutuhan responden terhadap informasi obat, Jenis informasi ynag dibutuhkan, Respon terhadap informasi, Respon terhadap informasi tulisan. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian non eksperimen dengan rancangan deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, dilakukan pada bulan Februari-April 2020 di 3 Apotek Kimia Farma kota Palembang dengan populasi sebanyak 177 orang dan sampel 64 orang yang diperoleh dengan perhitungan slovin dan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan data pasien,kuesioner,alat tulis dan kamera. Hasil: Dari tiga apotek Kimia Farma didapat 57 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dikarenakan pandemi covid19 dan didapatkan hasil pemberian informasi obat sebanyak 50 pasien (87,7%) telah menerima informasi obat, Kebutuhan responden tentang informasi sebanyak 37 pasien (64,9%) membutuhkan informasi obat, terdapat 30 pasien (52,7%) memilih jenis informasi secara lisan, 57 pasien (100%) merespon bahwa informasi yang diberikan dapat membuat yakin saat meminum obat dan 54 pasien(95%) bersedia membaca informasi tulisan jika diberikan. Teenagers' daily lives have changed dramatically during the COVID-19 era due to the social restrictions that have been imposed, including the closure of schools, recreation centers and sports facilities. The purpose of this study was to assess the diet carried out during isolation with psychological adolescents. A total of 206 teenagers took the online survey. Participants showed negative psychological, and healthy diet at moderate limits. Hierarchical regression analysis shows that a healthy diet has a positive psychological effect. The results of the study found that adolescent psychology in this study was below the threshold recommended by the World Health Organization as an indication of possible depressive symptoms, measures to reduce wrong dietary behavior in adolescents a priority for the community and policy makers. The ob- jective of this systematic review is to find out the differences in SWOT analysis carried out by health service facilities outside Indonesia and the other country. Method: A systematic review used the PRISMA method. The search keywords used strategic management, hospitals, health facilities, health services, and the SWOT analysis obtained from Google Scholar, Sci- ence Direct, ProQuest, and PubMed. The articles analyzed were fully acces- sible and published in 2010-2020. Result: The main difference of the analysis was in Indonesia the SWOT analysis was aimed at hospital organizations and few were oriented towards special services which had similar indicators on internal and external factors. Meanwhile, outside Indonesia, SWOT analy- sis was directed at specific health services so that it had different in internal and external factors of the indicator. Discussion: The difference analysis illustrated that the needs of an organization were different in strategic man- agement development.
