Description
Schizophrenia is a personality that is divided between thoughts, feelings, and
behavior. Hallucinations are a symptom of a mental disorder in which the client
feels a stimulus that actually does not exist. The research design used was
descriptive analytic. The implementation method uses the nursing care process.
The subjects of this case study were two patients with auditory hallucinations in
the stork room at the ernaldi bahar hospital in Palembang. The data of this study
was taken by the process of assessment, interviews, and observations conducted
April 3 to 13 2019. The results of this study patients were able to control
hallucinations by rebuking. Looking at the results of this study, it is expected to be
useful in adding information to the patient's information section about the
implementation of schizophrenic nursing actions with the problem of sensory
auditory hallucinations in Ernaldi Bahar Hospital Palembang.
