Description
Bronchial asthma is one of the most common respiratory diseases in the worlds.
The purpose of writing this scientific paper to get a picture of the implementation
of nursing in bronchial asthma patients with problems ineffectiveness of the
airway cleaning at the palembang pusri hospital. This study design uses
descriptive analysis method in the form of case studies through the nusing
implementation approach. The subject of this case study is two bronchial asthma
patients with problems ineffective airway clearance. Giving semi fowler position
in asthma patients done as a way to reduce shortness of breath with the possition
of the degreeof slope 30-450 . practice deep breathing and effective coughing and
collaboration with nebulation bronchodilator drugs including ventolin 2,5 mg and
pulmicort 2,5 mg with scheduled for 3 days given to one paken and II given RR
results which was originally 28x/minutes to be 22x/minutes also patient look
softly is not short of breath and not heard wheezing additional breath sounds. See
the results of this study there is effectiveness in given implementation such as
semi fowler position, deep breath and effective coughing also nebulation in
shortness problem. Adviced should that implementation done scheduled for
patient of asthma bronchial in medical ward.
