Family enthusiasm, family support, frequency of relapse, Family with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid Artritis is a progressive, cronic, non-bacterial inflammatory disease that affects joints and connective tissues symmetrically. Which usually attacks the elderly. The perceived problem is pain in the joint at night before the morning. To overcome and prevent relapse Rheumatoid arthritis needs to be taught how to warm compress, deep breath relaxation and distraksi and get support from the family. This research design uses Descriptive method in the form sttudi case. The case was taken by 2 respondents, namely family with suffering from Reubumid Arthritis sufferers in the work area of Makrayu Palembang Community Health Center in July 2018. The data of this research were taken by using Interview, Observation, Documentation, after tabulation data was analyzed by using analysis and time series. The results showed that family's social support given by families to patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis is that the family looks very enthusiastic about the education given. Looking at the results of this study, the need for family social support in order to minimize the frequency of recurrence experienced by patients with Rheumatoid Arthrit
