Description
The hernia is the prosthesis or the audience of the contents of the cavity through the defect or weak portion of the cavity wall in question, hernias often cause symptoms of a lump in the complaints of patients who mostly sufferers are adult men. One of the causes of a hernia is in intra abdominal increase such as coughing and straining.
Purpose :after performing post op hernia wound care in expect of infection risk in patient is not present or resolved. Problem of digestive system disorders :painfull discomfort, disorder of activity patterns, impaired personal hygiene compliance, anxiety disorders. Nursing actions are tailored to the plan that has been compiled : perform post op hernia wound care. Use of aseptic and antiseptic techniques on dressing action.
Result : after patient wound care subjek I underwendt a good change after wound care and no infection risk in subjek II experience a slight change slow in because at the time of doing wound care surgery section there are still redness and lumps.
Conclusion : the problem is resolved for the diagnosis of acute pain and mobility barriers. While for the risk of infection is patially resolved and follow – up needs to work with patien, families, and healt teams.
