Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is a condition in which the heart fails to pump blood for the needs of body cells for nutrients and oxygen adequately. Decreased cardiac output is the inability of the heart to pump blood to meet the body's metabolic needs. One implementation that can be done to control the decrease in cardiac output is cardiac rehabilitation. This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. The subjects of the study were two congestive heart failure (CHF) patients with problems decreasing cardiac output at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. The nursing implementation approach used is cardiac rehabilitation. This study was conducted to compare two respondents who had been given implementation for three days.The study showed that after three days of implementation, the problem of decreasing cardiac output in congestive heart failure (CHF) patients experienced in overcoming the decrease in cardiac output in congestive heart failure (CHF) patients there is no gap between theory and implementation carried out in the field.
