Description
blackground: Asmha Bronchiale is an inflammatory disease off the airways characterized by wheezing, counghing and a feeling ff tightness in the chest due to airway obstruction. Asmha is also included in the group of chronic respiratory diseases.
Methods : This research design uses descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 4 respondents, namely bronchial asthma patients undergoing treatment at the Bhayangkara Hospital Emergency Room. M. Hasan Palembang, in March 2023. The data for this study were collected using interviews, observation and secondary data tracking, namely collecting existing data on status, progress notes, checklists and medical records. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner.
Results : Based on research that has been conducted by experts regarding effective Cough Exercise Techniques and Nebulization in Bronchial Asthma patients with Ineffective Airway Clearance problems, the results show that there is an Effect of Effective Cough Exercise Techniques and Nebulization in reducing shortness of breath in Bronchial Asthma patients.
Conclusion : Being able to apply the implementation of effective Cough Exercises and Nebulization in Bronchial Asthma patients with Airway Clearance Problems is not effective and can be further developed and become a lesson for further research
