Stroke is a cerebral disease that attacks the brain caused by a lack of oxygen that is carried by the blood to the brain, and causes blockages in the blood vessels to the brain, characterized by hypoxia, impaired sleep quality and causes global disability. The purpose of this case study is to obtain an overview of the implementation of nursing in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with ineffective cerebral perfusion risk problems. This type of research design uses a descriptive design in the form of a case study. The case study subjects used in this case study were patients who had non-hemorrhagic stroke with the problem of Ineffective Cerebral Perfusion Risk with a total of 2 patients. This research was conducted in the ICU of Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. Implementation of nursing Intracranial Pressure Monitoring (observation, therapy, education) after implementation, the results showed that in patient 1 and patient 2 the problem had not been resolved. Based on research conducted on patient 1 and patient 2, according to researchers the cause of increased intracranial pressure is the result of increased high blood pressure, decreased consciousness and increased body temperature.
