Description
Stroke is a disease caused by damage to hypoxia, ischemia, infarction or bleeding that causes disorders of the extremities (Muhammad et al, 2020). Mirror Therapy is used to treat muscle weakness in the rehabilitation phase of Stroke. Research Objectives: To find out the description of the application of Mirror Therapy to increase muscle strength, it is obtained an overview of the application of Mirror Therapy to increase muscle strength of patients with Stroke in the Rehabilitation Phase. Research Methods: This study uses a case study method using a nursing research process approach to two patients as research respondents. Results: The study found that two patients experienced the same symptoms, namely an increase in muscle grade after the application of mirror therapy, the results obtained were a muscle strength scale namely 4. Conclusion: Mirror therapy is effective enough to increase muscle strength in stroke patients in the rehabilitation phase with the result of the scale muscle strength : 4
