Nursing Oprhanage, Implementation Strategy, Hearing Hallucinations.

Verbal Auditory Verbal Hallucination (AVH) is a sound that can be perceived without any external stimulus (Zinudin & Hashari, 2019). These types of hearing hallucinations are most often found in the form of sounds of snorting or noise that do not have a meaning, but often hear as a meaningful word or sentence. Usually the sound is aimed at the sufferer so that the love person has quarreled and argued with the voices (Yosep, 2016). Hearing hallucinations can be reduced through the implementation of the implementation strategy.
Method: This research design uses the deskritif method. The sampling method used is Purposive sampling of 2 respondents who have the same problem, namely hearing hallucinations at the Work of UPTD Puskesmas Sekarjaya, in May 2022. This research data is taken by using an interview, assessment and observation. The analysis was carried out with deskritif and served narratively.
Results: The results of the study that indicate after nursing care about the client's implementation intervention and involving one of the family members for 4 days, they are obtained by the client to experience a reduction in hallucinations so that the client is able to control hallucinations and convey a feeling more willing to implement a strategy.
Conclusion: The results of this study describe the need for intervention of the implementation strategy to reduce hearing hallucinations.
