Typhoid Fever, Nursing Implementation in Thypoid Fever Patients with Hyperthermia Problems

Typhoid fever is an infectious disease that usually affects the digestive system with symptoms of fever for more than 7 days, disturbances of consciousness and the digestive system. The relationship between typhoid fever and hyperthermia centers on poor lifestyle and hygiene and causes changes in health conditions, it causes typhoid fever to attack and the body will experience an increase in body temperature. The purpose of this case study is the implementation of nursing implementation in typhoid fever patients with hyperthermia problems. This research method is descriptive using the case study method. The study was conducted at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang with 2 participants diagnosed with typhoid fever with hyperthermia problems. After 3 days of implementation, the results of the final evaluation of the problem were partially resolved so that it needed further implementation because the problem had not been resolved.
