Description
Backgroud:Corona virus is a large family of viruses that cause disease in humans
and animals.As for prevention one of them is using a mask.a mask is one of the
personal protective equipment (PPE) that can protect the mouth,nose and face
from airbrone pathogens,droplets or splash of infected body fluides .The purpose
of this study is to be able to implement familly nursing with noncompliance.wearing a masks as an effort to prevent covid-19
Method:The method used is descriptive in the form of a case study.The approach
which includes assessment,nursing diagnosis,planning,implmentation,evaluation
and the case subjects studied were family A and family B who had childreen aged
9-12 years who were in the SDN 17 Palembang Area. A casw study was
conducted with a minimum of 3 home visits to provide implementation of family
nursing on April 12-april 17,2021.
Results:After implementing the same family nursing for 3 days for both
clients,the conclusion was that the client’s knowledge of masks increased and was
able to apply The behavior of wearing and removing masks as a preventive effort

Conclusion:Seeing the results of this study,it is necessary to have family support
in order to increase compliance with wearing masks on clientas
