Every woman will go through the process of pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth, it is a physiological process. During the process there may be health problems that can increase morbidity and even death in mother and baby. Therefore, we need a solution to prevent and overcome these problems, one of which is continuous care (Continuity Of Care). The purpose of this study is to be able to provide comprehensive care to Mrs. "J" at BPM Teti Herawati Palembang. This report discusses comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. "J" G4P2A1 32 Weeks conducted at BPM Teti Herawati Palembang. This report uses the case study method and data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, physical examination and documentation carried out by SOAP. The results of this comprehensive care show that there is a gap between theory and practice in the field, in pregnancy care, delivery care there is no gap between theory and practice. In postpartum and noenatal care there is a gap that is the researcher did not visit the three post partum because of time constraints. After conducting a case study, it was concluded that the author was able to conduct subjective data reviews, objective data, establish diagnoses, and carry out care for Ny. "J" is in accordance with the roles and needs and evaluates the care provided. Through this report, it is expected that health workers can maintain and improve the quality of health services in accordance with established service standards.
