Seizures Fever is a seizure that is triggered by an increase in body temperature or
hypertermia. When seizures cerebral oxygen requirements increase to 200%.
Proper implementation of hypertension can prevent seizures. The design of this
study is a case study. The subjects of the case study were 2 respondents with a
diagnosis of febrile seizures who had hypertermosis problems treated in the Asoka
Rs room. Dr. Rivai Abdullah in May to June 2019. The instrument for collecting
data used is the child assessment format. Presentation of data in the form of a
description. The results of the study on An.V who experienced an increase in
temperature of 39.1 ° C after the implementation of nursing in the form of warm
compresses, increased fluid intake, collaboration for the provision of therapy and
fever management education in families, decreased the temperature to 36.6 ° C on
the third day care. At An.A who experienced an increase in temperature of 38.5 °
C after the same intervention the temperature dropped to 36.5 ° C on the third day
of treatment. So that it can be concluded that the implementation of warm
compresses followed by increased fluid intake, antipyretic administration and
supported by family knowledge of fever management can overcome hypertension
