Salah satu pengobatan nonfarmakologis yang dapat diaplikasikan pada pasien hipertensi adalah melakukan penelitian Brisk Walking Exercise yang dapat memperlancar aliran darah, menurunkan ketegangan otot, menurunkan stress dan menurunkan tekanan darah. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan 2 orang responden penderita hipertensi dengan pendekatan konsep asuhan keperawatan keluarga, penilaian skala nyeri numerik. Implementasi ini dilakukan dengan durasi 30 menit selama 3 kali kunjungan rumah. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan penerapan Brisk Walking Exercise terhadap penurunan nyeri pada penderita hipertensi, terjadi penurunan skala nyeri pada subjek I nyeri dengan skala nyeri 6 dan subjek II dengan skala nyeri 6 dan setelah dilakukan penerapan Brisk Walking Exercise subjek I nyeri menurun dengan skala 3 dan subjek II nyeri menurun dengan skala 3. Kesimpulan : Dapat disimpulkan bahwa brisk walking exercise merupakan terapi nonfarmakologis pada pasien hipertensi dengan nyeri. Dalam suatu perusahaan industri penggunaan mesin dan alat kerja mendukung proses produksi dan berpotensi menimbulkan kebisingan yang disebabkan oleh suara mesin, mesin tua, getaran mesin (Hz), saluran pembuangan pada mesin. Semakin tinggi intensitas kebisingan maka semakin bahaya bagi pekerja yang bekerja di PT tersebut. Upaya pengendalian terhadap intensitas kebisingan dapat dilakukan dengan identifikasi bising dengan pemetaan kebisingan (Noise Mapping) atau dengan cara teknik pengendalian kebisingan secara konseptual berdasar hirarki pengendalian resiko yaitu eliminasi, substitusi, enginering control, isolasi, pengendalian administratif, APD. Tujuan : Diketahuinya intensitas kebisingan dan pemetaan kebisingan pada PT. H Tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan desain penelitian crosssectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2023. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 3 lokasi kebisingan yang ada di PT. H yaitu pada produksi basah, produksi kering dan pompa IPAL. Sampel adalah jumlah titik kebisingan yang ada di area produksi basah yaitu sebanyak 10 titik. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah intensitas kebisingan dan pemetaan kebisingan (noise mapping). Hasil : Intensitas kebisingan pada PT. H yang diukur menunjukkan hasil nilai kebisingan tertinggi terdapat pada titik 7 yaitu dibagian dekat dengan mesin Creeper sebesar 87,0 dBA. Sedangkan nilai kebisingan terendah terdapat pada titik 10 yaitu dibagian kantor sebesar 83,8 dBA. kode zona warna ungu dalam peta kebisingan menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan <83,7 dBA yaitu pada titik 10, kode zona warna biru menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan 83,9-84,3 dBA yaitu pada titik 9, kode zona warna hijau menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan yang berkisar antara 84,5-85,1 dBA yaitu pada titik, titik 8 dan titik 6, kode zona warna kuning menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan yang berkisar antara 85,1-85,3 dBA, kode zona warna orange menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan yang berkisar antara 85,5-85,7 dBA yaitu pada titik 5, kode zona warna merah menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan yang berkisar antara 85,8-87,1 dBA yaitu pada titik 2, titik 4, dan titik 7. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. H didapatkan hasil 5 titik dari total 10 titik pengukuran yang melebihi nilai ambang batas, tetapi masih dapat ditoleransi karena total waltu produksi selama ± 7 jam sehari. Nilai ambang batas (NAB) yang diizinkan sebesar 85 dB dengan pemaparan selama 8 jam. Saran : Diharapkan pada pekerja agar selalu mengenakan alat pelindung diri (APD) seperti earplug maupun earmuff. The level of dental anxiety was most commonly found in children (20, 48%). Therefore, an alternative to overcome this problem is to use a virtual reality box. This tool is designed to evoke a 3-dimensional atmosphere so that the user seems to be able to see in real. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectof the virtual reality box on the child's anxiety level at the time of primary tooth extraction. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a case-control design. With research subjects selected through Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique. With a total sample of 58 people consisting of children in the age category 6-12years. Data were analyzed bivariately using Independent T Test. After the entire series of activities is carried out, then the distribution data results show a significance value lower than the probability value, which is 0.000 < 0.05. Makanan keriogenik merupakan salah satu penyebab pembentukan plak sehingga dapat memicu terjadinya karies gigi. Busy book adalah buku kain dengan halaman kegiatan yang dibuat dalam bentuk buku. Scrap book adalah seni menempel pada suatu media (biasanya kertas). Tujuan : Diketahuinya perbandingan penyuluhan tingkat pengetahuan anak tentang makanan kariogenik dengan menggunakan media busy book dan scrapbook di TK Anggrek Palembang. Metode : yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperiment. Penelitian ini menggunakan pretest-posttest group desain. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang yang masing-masing kelompok berjumlah 20 orang. Tiap kelompok diberikan lembar pretest dan posttest untuk didapatkan hasil rata-rata pengetahuan setelah dan sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan. Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selisih rata-rata pengetahuan anak kelompok 1 yang diberi penyuluhan dengan busy book adalah 6.3 dan kelompok 2 adalah 4.9. Dari rata�rata tersebut ada perbedaan rata-rata skor pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberi penyuluhan dengan busybook dan scrap book. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai p Value <0,050 yaitu 0,031 yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbedaan dilihat dari selisih rata-rata skor pengetahuan makanan kariogenik sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan dengan menggunakan media busy book dan media scrap book. Penggunaan media busy book dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan anak lebih meningkat aripada menggunakan media scrap book.
