The case study used in nursing research is a case of handling impaired physical mobility in stroke patients at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in 2023 which will be examined in detail and depth. The research subjects to be examined in this case study are two cases with the same problem, namely non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with impaired physical mobility at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital in 2023. Method: This case study design uses a descriptive design using a nursing care approach, namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation of 2 children. as a research participant with the same problem, namely anxiety due to hospitalization with diarrhea in pre-school children Results: After the implementation of play therapy coloring pictures the results showed that patients I and II looked confused, worried, tense, restless decreased sleep patterns and had difficulty concentrating improved with support measurements using the preschool anxiety scale resisted (PARS) for patients I and II including mild anxiety. Conclusion: That the application of coloring picture play therapy can be used to reduce anxiety levels in preschool children so that children's anxiety or anxiety is reduced and they are more cooperative in receiving treatment. Suggestion: expected Families and future researchers can look at their age before applying and carrying out play therapy coloring pictures for children who experience anxiety, especially for children with diarrhea.
