<text>Background: Children with diarrhea who undergo treatment in a hospital
(hospitalization) will usually cause anxiety for children. The role of the nurse has a
big contribution in controlling anxiety by reducing anxiety, namely play therapy
coloring pictures. Puzzle play therapy aims to make children happier or used as
entertainment while in hospital and can reduce anxiety levels in children.
Methods: The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study
with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis,
planning, evaluation and documentation. Case study subjects totaled 2 cases of
diarrhea with anxiety nursing problems at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in
2023. Data collection techniques were by observation, interviews and filling out
research instruments for 3 days in the treatment room.
Results: The results of the case study after the implementation of anxiety reduction
nursing through playing puzzle therapy showed the results of patient 1 and patient
2 found that anxiety levels decreased. What was found was that there was a
significant relationship between anxiety and giving puzzle play therapy to children
with diarrhea.
Discussion: Implementation of anxiety reduction nursing through puzzle play
therapy in patients with diarrhea with anxiety problems can be applied because it is
effective in reducing anxiety in children.

<text>Background: A problem that can occur in normal postpartum mothers is
postpartum discomfort due to uterine involution. Uterine involution in patients can
cause pain in the uterus which is called pain after pain. Discomfort caused by
uterine involution requires various treatments to minimize the pain felt by the
mother so that the mother's comfort can return. This can be overcome with nonpharmacological techniques for pain management through innovations such as near
infrared phototherapy or photobiomodulation near infrared (PBM NIR). Method:
The design of this study used a descriptive method in the form of a case study that
focused on the implementation of non-pharmacological techniques of pain
management nursing with NIR PBM therapy. Case study subjects were 3 normal
postpartum patients with the same problem, namely postpartum discomfort in the
obstetric room at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. Results: The results
showed that the implementation of non-pharmacological techniques of pain
management with NIR PBM therapy had an effective effect on treating postpartum
discomfort with complaints of decreased discomfort, decreased moaning, and
strong uterine contractions. Conclusion: Implementation of pain management can
improve comfort status in normal postpartum mothers. The results of this study can
be used as a reference for learning to develop science and technology regarding the
implementation of non-pharmacological pain management techniques with

unfulfilled early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) which causes problems in the
process of breastfeeding for the mother. The ineffectiveness of breastfeeding with
post sectio caesarea, because the effects of anesthesia make it difficult for mothers
to give milk to their babies. One effort that can be done is to do oxytocin massage.
Objectives: To describe the implementation of breastfeeding educational nursing
with oxytocin massage and to analyze the results of implementation in post sc
mothers with ineffective breastfeeding.
Methods: The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study
with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis,
planning, evaluation and documentation. Case study subjects totaled 2 cases in post
SC patients with ineffective breastfeeding at Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital
in 2023.
Results: The results of the case study after the implementation of breastfeeding
education nursing showed that the results of patient 1 and patient 2 found that the
milk supply increased. There is a significant relationship between breastfeeding and
not effective in providing breastfeeding education with oxytocin massage.
Discussion: The implementation of nursing nursing is not effective in providing
breastfeeding education with oxytocin massage. It can be applied because it is
effective for increasing milk productio</text>

<text>Background: Hypertension is a manifestation of hemodynamic imbalance of the cardiovascular system whose pathophysiology is multifactorial. Hypertension
affects 22% of the world's population, developing countries as much as 40% and developed countries 35%. The prevalence of hypertension in South Sumatra Province reached (30%) with 283,390 cases in 2019 and in 2021 it increased to 987,295 cases. Headache in hypertensive patients is caused by vascular damage to blood vessels so that pain arises as a defense mechanism for the body when tissue is being damaged, causing the individual to react by moving the pain stimulus. Acute pain can be overcome through the implementation of Slow Deep Breathing Relaxation.

Methods: Case studies were conducted with a nursing process approach with 2 case study subjects with nursing problems Acute pain (Head). Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and filling out research instruments, Slow Deep Breathing nursing implementation is carried out 6 times for 15 minutes in 3 days. Analysis is done descriptively and presented narratively.

Results: The results of the study after implementation for 3 days on both subjects with Slow Deep Breathing Relaxation Therapy found that there was an effective effect to reduce the pain scale from moderate to mild scale.

Conclusion: : With these results it is hoped that it can apply and develop the implementation of Slow Deep Breathing relaxation nursing with acute pain problems (Head) in Hypertensive patients.</text>

<text>Background: In children with typhoid fever, the problem that often arises is hyperthermia, so management is needed to reduce hyperthermia in order to prevent other complications such as seizures. Management that can be done one of them is
with warm compresses, warm compresses are easy, safe and effective management to reduce hyperthermia in children with typhoid fever. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the effect of giving warm compresses to reduce body
temperature in children with typhoid fever.
Methods: This case study uses a descriptive design to explore the implementation of nursing management of hyperthermia with warm compresses in 2 children with typhoid fever aged 5-11 years with hyperthermia. The approach used is the nursing
care approach given for 3 consecutive days.
Results: The results were obtained on the first day of study, patient 1 had a high fever of 39°C, his body was hot, and the fever fluctuated. Whereas patient 2 had a
high fever of 38.9°C, his body was hot, and the fever fluctuated. After applying warm compresses for 3 consecutive days, the result was a periodic decrease in body temperature in the two patients who experienced decreased hyperthermia so that the
body temperature returned to the normal range.
Conclusion: Implementation of warm compresses in patients with typhoid fever with hyperthermia problems can be done because it is more effective to reduce body temperature</text>

The purpose of this case study is to obtain an overview of the implementation of nursing in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with ineffective cerebral perfusion risk problems. This type of research design uses a descriptive design in the form of a case study. The case study subjects used in this case study were patients who had non-hemorrhagic stroke with the problem of Ineffective Cerebral Perfusion Risk with a total of 2 patients. This research was conducted in the ICU of Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. Implementation of nursing Intracranial Pressure Monitoring (observation, therapy, education) after implementation, the results showed that in patient 1 and patient 2 the problem had not been resolved. Based on research conducted on patient 1 and patient 2, according to researchers the cause of increased intracranial pressure is the result of increased high blood pressure, decreased consciousness and increased body temperature.</text>
