Hypertension can also be interpreted as a condition where the systolic blood pressure is 140 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure is 90 mmHg. Signs and symptoms of hypertension that are often felt are dizziness, sleep pattern disturbances, blurred vision, and pain in the head or occipital area. Method: This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing care approach. Case study subjects were 2 family members who suffer from hypertension with sleep pattern disturbance problems in the working area of the Merdeka Health Center in Palembang. Masalah yang muncul setelah operasi SC yaitu nyeri di luka post operasi karena adanya luka insisi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi keperawatan terapi relaksasi dan aromamaterapi lemon (observasi, terapeutik, dan edukatif) danmenganalisis hasil pada pasien post sc dengan nyeri akut. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Subjek studi kasus sebanyak 2 orang 4-6 jam post SC dengan masalah nyeri akut di RS Muhammadiyah Palembang, pada bulan Maret 2023. Data penelitian ini diambil melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan, Implementasi dan skala penilaian. Analisis dilakukan secara deskritif dan disajikan dengan tabel dan narasi. Hasil : Terjadi penurunan tingkat nyeri dari skala nyeri berat menjadi skala nyeri ringan pada kedua pasien setelah dilakukan Implementasi terapi relaksasi dan aromaterapi lemon. Kesimpulan : Implementasi terapi relaksasi dan aromaterapi lemon efektif menurunkan tingkat nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea dan diaplikasikan.
