Background: Sectio caesarea is a surgery to deliver the fetus through an incision in the abdominal wall (laparotomy) and the mother’s uterus provided that the uterus is intact and the weight of the fetus is above 500 grams. The problem that is often felt in post sectio caesarea patientsis impaired physical mobility. Physical mobility disorders can be overcome through the implementation of early mobilization and the provision of health education. Early mobilization post sectio caesarea should be carried out as soon as possible to prevent complications of immobilization. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. This case study focuses on the implementation of Physical Mobility Disorders through teaching early mobilization and providing health education about early mobilization. The case study subjects were 2 post sectio caesarea with problems with physical mobility disorders in the Siti Walidah Midwifery Room at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital and carried out starting March 8, 2022. Results: The results showed that early mobilization nursing actions had an effective effect on overcoming physical mobility disorders. experienced by the patient, so that the patient can carry out activities as usual and can increase the patient's knowledge about early mobilization of post sectio caesarea. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, there is a need for early mobilization interventions to overcome impaired physical mobility in post sectio caesarea patients. Kecemasan anak pada perawatan gigi dapat menimbulkan sikap yang tidak kooperatif sehingga akan menghambat proses perawatan gigi yang dapat menurunkan efisiensi dan efektifitas pelayanan kesehatan gigi. Kecemasan dental menduduki posisi kelima sebagai situasi yang paling sering ditakutkan. Prevalensi yang tinggi sering membuat pasien enggan atau menghindari kunjungan ke dokter gigi karena rasa cemas terhadap tindakan dental tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kecemasan anak perempuan pada tindakan pencabutan gigi di Puskesmas Pematang Panggang IV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pengambilan data cross sectional dengan menggunakan sampel 30 anak perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur kecemasan adalah lembar kuesioner dengan tehnik analisa data secara deskriptif dengan observasi dan pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh anak perempuan usia 6-12 tahun paling banyak memiliki kategori cemas sebanyak 18 responden (60%) dengan skor 1-37, sedangkan dengan kategori Tidak cemas sebanyak 12 responden (40%) dengan skor 38-75. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ialah jumlah yang mengalami kecemasan saat mendengar atau mengetahui akan dilakukan pencabutan gigi yang paling banyak dialami anak usia 6-8 tahun sebesar 52%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui gambaran proteinuria pada pasien Diabetes Melitus di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah kabupaten Banyuasin tahun 2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriftif yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan tentang suatu keadaan objektif. Penelitian ini berjumlah 31 orang, metode yang digunakan adalah metode asam asetat 6%. Hasil penelitian didapat 12 orang pasien DM (39%) dengan protein positif (+) dan 19 orang pasien DM (61%) dengan protein negatif (-). Gambaran proteinuria berdasarkan umur pada pasien DM dengan protein positif (+) sebanyak 12, dimana yang berumur tua (≥40 tahun) yaitu sebanyak 12 orang ( 43% ) lebih banyak dari yang berumur muda (<40 tahun) yaitu sebanyak 0%. Gambaran proteinuria berdasarkan jenis kelamin pada pasien DM dengan protein positif (+) sebanyak 12 orang, dimana yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki yaitu sebanyak 8 orang (45%) lebih banyak dari yang berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu 4 orang (31 %).Gambaran proteinuria pada pasien DM dengan protein positif (+) sebanyak 12 orang, dimana yang lamanya perjalanan penyakit DM lama (≥5 tahun) yaitu sebanyak 10 orang (50 %) lebih banyak dari lamanya perjalanan penyakit DM baru (<5 tahun) yaitu sebanyak 2 orang (18 %). Disarankan bagi masyarakat penderita DM untuk melakukan pemeriksaan gula darah dan protein urin secara berkala sesuai dengan saran dokter.
