Ibu nifas kerap kali mengalami perubahan baik secara fisiologis mapun psikologis, salah satunya adalah perubahan reaksi tubuh akibat kontraksi uterus yang disebut afterpains (meruyan/mules-mules) yang berlangsung 2-4 hari pasca persalinan yang kerap kali dialami oleh paritas multipara yang menimbulkan nyeri yang kadangkala cukup berat hingga memerlukan analgetika. nyeri sebagai pengalaman sensorik dan emosional yang tidak menyenangkan dan memerlukan tindakan terapi baik farmakologi maupun non-farmakologi salah satunya effleurage massage. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik effleurage massage terhadap nyeri afterpains pada ibu nifas multipara di BPM Lismarini dan BPM Vitri Suzanti kota Palembang tahun 2018. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian preeksperimental dengan pendekatan one-group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 31 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar angket skala nyeri Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon diperoleh ρ. = 0,000 < α=0,05, artinya ada pengaruh teknik effleurage massage terhadap nyeri afterpains pada ibu nifas multipara. Untuk mengatasi nyeri afterpains diharapkan bidan dapat memberikan asuhan sayang ibu dalam manajemen nyeri salah satunya effleurage massage. Ketiga, ketiadaan perhatian yang sungguhsungguh dari para ahli kesehatan untuk menggalakkan kebiasaan menyusui anak. ke empat kurangnya program kesejahteraan sosial yang terarah, yang dijalankan oleh beberapa instansi pemerintah. Salah satu solusi yang membantu mengatasi hal tersebut adalah Hypnobreasfeeding. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pretest posttes. Teknik pengambilan samplel menggunakan perposive sampling pada ibu nifas dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan april-juni. Uji statistik menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon terhadap pengeluaran ASI pada ibu nifas sebelum dan sesudah intervensi yang didapatkan hasil significancy ρ=0,000 (ρ<0,05) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh teknik Hypnobreasfeeding terhadap pengeluaran ASI pada ibu nifas Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh teknik Hypnobreasfeeding terhadappengeluaran ASI pada ibu nifas di BPM Husniyati dan BPM Yuhana Kota Palembang tahun 2018. Apabila post partum blues tidak segera di atasi maka dapat berlanjut menjadi psikosis post partum, dengan gejala yang tampak lebih parah seperti mengalami halusinasi, berfikir tentang bunuh diri bahkan mencoba untuk membahayakan bayinya. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan desain systematic review, pengumpulan data sumber literature pada penelitian ini adalah dengan kriteria artikel 2015-2020, artikel dengan teks lengkap sesuai dengan topik, merupakan artikel intervensi untuk mengatasi pencegahan gangguan post partum blues pada ibu post partum primipara, dilanjutkan dengan analisis untuk melihat perbandingan antara lima artikel dan selanjutnya memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi pencegahan ganguan post partum blues pada ibu post partum primara. The perceived problem is pain and can be reduced through the implementation of aromatherapy. The purpose of this study was to reduce painin hypertensive patients. Methods: The design of this research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects studied were 2 people with the same nursing cases and problems, namely hypertensive patients with impaired sense of comfort in the Work Area of the Merdeka Health Center Palembang. This research was conducted from March 7, 2022 to March 10, 2022. Results: After implementing nursing, it was found that lemon aromatherapy helped reduce hypertension pain with a pain reduction response in patient 1 from a scale of 5 to 3 and patient 2 from a scale of 5 to 3. Conclusion: It is hoped that the implementation of aromatherapy nursing inhypertensive patients with comfort disorders can be developed and can be further developed and become a lesson for further research. Pain management in post sectio caesarea with non-pharmacological methods, one of which is lavender aromatherapy. Lavender aromatherapy provides a relaxing effect so that patients can adapt to pain. The purpose of this study was to reduce pain in post- SC patients. Methods: The research design is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects studied were 2 people with the same nursing cases and problems, namely post SC patients with acute pain in the Siti Walidah room at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. This research was conducted on March 8-13, 2022. Results: After implementing nursing, it was found that lavender aromatherapy helped reduce post SC pain with a pain reduction response in patient 1 from a scale of 5 to 2 and patient 2 from a scale of 6 to 2.
