Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah kaji tingkat kemampuan klien untuk beraktivitas, penyembuhan kondisi luka dan kondisi tubuh umum, bantu klien untuk melakukan tindakan sesuai dengan kemampuan, evaluasi perkembangan kemampuan klien melakukan aktivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya percepatan pemulihan luka pada pasien post op hernia setelah dilakukan penerapan mobilisasi. Typhoid fever is an acute infection of the small intestine caused bybacteria Salmonella typhi which causes an increase in body temperature causing hyperthermia problems. Prevention and treatment efforts need to be made by measuring body temperature, warm compresses and collaborating drug administration. The method used is the interview method, physical examination, and other supporting data. The subjects of the case study used were two children aged 1-13 years who had the same nursing problems, namely children with typhoid fever and hyperthermia. This research was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital and Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in April 2021. After 3 days of treatment, it was found that patient 1 experienced a decrease in body temperature from 39 ° C to 37 ° C and patient 2 from 38.8 ° C to 36.8 ° C. research shows that warm compresses and collaborative drug administration are effective in lowering the body temperature of children with typhoid fever with hyperthermic problems. Suggestions from the authors are that the patient's family can know the symptoms of hyperthermia and be able to carry out independent treatment to prevent recurrence of the disease. Karies gigi merupakan masalah utama kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak-anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya gambaran karies gigi ditinjau dari skor plak dan jenis makanan karbohidrat pada anak SD Negeri 09 Palembang tahun 2018 dengan populasi penelitian adalah berjumlah 265 anak dan sampel penelitian ini siswa kelas II-V yang berjumlah 160 anak. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan februari 2018. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat yang menghasilkan distribusi frekuensi dengan presentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tingkat kejadian karies sebanyak 151 anak 94%, sedangkan yang tidak karies hanya 9 anak 6%, dilihat dari skor plak buruk maka semakin buruk tingkat kebersihan gigi dan mulut semakin rentan terjadi karies terlihat dari hasil penelitian karies skor plak kriteria buruk rata-rata DMFT yaitu 2,4 sedangkan rata-rata def-t yaitu 5,0. Dilihat dari penelitian semakin tinggi frekuensi jenis makan maka semakin tinggi resiko terjadi karies hal ini terlihat dari hasil penelitian jenis makanan karbohidrat kriteria tinggi rata-rata DMF-T yaitu 1,8 sedangkan rata-rata def-t yaitu 3,5. Kesimpulan didapat bahwa pada anak SD Negeri 09 Palembang tahun 2018 rata-rata karies gigi dengan skor plak dan jenis makan banyak dalam kriteria tinggi.
