Therefore, prevention and treatment efforts are needed by measuring body temperature, warm compresses and drug administration collaboration. The methods used are interview methods, physical examinations and other medical supporting data. The subject of the case study used was an individual of two people aged 6-12 years who had the same nursing problem which is Dengue Fever with hyperthermia problems. This research was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital in April 2021. After 3 days of treatment, the results were obtained that patient 1 experienced a decrease in body temperature from 39ºC to 37ºC and patient 2 from 38.7º to 36.8ºC, the results showed that warm compresses and collaboration of drug administration were effective for lowering the body temperature of dengue fever children with hyperthermia problems. Advice from the author so that the family / patient can know the symptoms of hypertermia and able to conduct treatment independently to prevent the recurrence of the disease. Methods: This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study to explore the problem of nursing implementation in patients with type II diabetes mellitus with impaired skin integrity at Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital in 2022. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. Results: The results obtained after applying the moist wound healing procedure to patient I for three consecutive days, the wound dries up a bit, and reduces pus. Meanwhile, in patient II after performing wound care for three consecutive days, the results showed that the wound looked moist and reduced pus. Conclusion: Research has found that moist wound healing is effective in the wound healing process. BTA ditegakkan dengan pemeriksaan mikroskopis apusan dahak, Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil pemeriksaan BTA dipuskesmas Benteng Kabupaten Bangka tengah tahun 2018 berdasarkan umur, pendidikan dan jenis kelamin. Jenis penelitian deskriptif. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Sampel penelitian dahak sewaktu dan pagi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 25 orang(31,2%) BTA positif dan 55 orang (68,8%) BTA negatif. Dari 25 orang BTA positif berdasarkan umur ada 22 orang (40,7%) berumur 15-58 dan 3 orang (11,5%) berumur ˃58, berdasarkan pendidikan ada 16 orang (28,2%) berpendidikan rendah dan 9 orang (39,1%) berpendidikan tinggi, dan berdasarkan jenis kelamin ada 18 orang (34,6%), dengan jenis kelamin laki – laki dan 7 orang (25,0%) dengan jenis kelamin perempuan. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah hasil pemeriksaan BTA pada umur produktif, pendidikan rendah dan jenis kelamin laki-laki lebih tinggi.
