Tujuan : Diketahuinya gambaran kondisi fasilitas sanitasi warung makan Dan tingkat kepadatan lalat di warung makan Pasar KM 5 Kota Palembang Tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2022. Populasi studi penelitian ini adalah warung makan yang berada di pasar KM.5 Kota Palembang, dengan jumlah sampel 13 warung makan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu secara Total Sampling. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Saluran pembuangan air limbah di warung makan Pasar KM 5 100% tidak memenuhi syarat. Tempat sampah didapatkan hasil bahwa 38% memenuhi syarat, 62% tidak memenuhi syarat. Tempat mencuci peralatan didapatkan hasil bahwa 100% tidak memenuhi syarat. Tempat penyimpanan makanan jadi 31% memenuhi syarat, 69% tidak memenuhi syarat. Lokasi di warung makan Pasar KM 5 100% tidak memenuhi syarat. Tingkat kepadatan lalat di warung makan Pasar KM 5 Kota Palembang didapatkan hasil 62% kategori tinggi dan 38% kategori rendah. Kesimpulan : 13 warung makan di pasar KM 5 Kota Palembang memiliki kondisi fasilitas higiene sanitasi tidak memenuhi syarat, dan 8 warung makan memiliki tingkat kepadatan lalat tinggi. Saran : Bagi pemilik warung makan dan pihak pengelola pasar agar dapat mempertahankan aspek-aspek higiene sanitasi warung makan yang memenuhi syarat kesehatan dan memperbaiki aspek-aspek higiene sanitasi yang tidak memenuhi syarat. Keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal antara lain : produk dan nonproduk (harga, tempat, dan promosi), dan faktor internal seperti pengetahuan, sosial ekonomi dan pendapatan dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk facial wash. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional (satu waktu). Sampel mahasiswa jurusan Farmasi tingkat II dan jurusan Analis Kesehatan tingkat I yang menggunakan produk facial wash. Uji statistik menggunakan analisis multivariat. Hasil : Variabel produk, sosial ekonomi dan pengetahuan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk facial wash. Sedangkan variabel nonproduk dan pendapatan tidak mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk facial wash, dari hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa variabel produk memiliki pengaruh yang paling tinggi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk facial wash. Bumbu giling digunakan sebagai penambah cita rasa makanan yang banyak dijumpai di pasar tradisional. Salah satu kandungan dalam bumbu giling adalah air. Air ini membuat bumbu giling menjadi lembab dan basah sehingga masa simpan bumbu giling menjadi sangat terbatas. Kelembaban dalam bumbu giling erat kaitannya dengan pertumbuhan mikroorganisme. Adapun untuk mencegah pertumbuhan mikroorganisme ditambahkan zat antimikroorganisme atau yang lebih sering dikenal dengan bahan pengawet. Formalin merupakan salah satu pengawet yang akhir-akhir ini banyak digunakan dalam makanan. Menurut Permenkes RI Nomor 33 tahun 2012 tentang Bahan Tambahan Pangan, formalin adalah jenis pengawet yang dilarang. Penelitian ini dilihat berdasarkan jenis bumbu giling dan masa simpan bumbu giling. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran keberadaan formalin pada bumbu giling yang dijual di pasar tradisional km 5 kota Palembang tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan adalah 12 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian dari 12 sampel bumbu giling yang diperiksa didapatkan sebanyak 5 sampel (41,7%) positif mengandung formalin dan 7 sampel ( 58,3%) negatif. Dari 5 sampel yang positif mengandung formalin didapatkan 2 sampel (100%) dari jenis bawang putih, 2 sampel (100%) dari jenis cabai merah dan sebanyak 1 sampel (50%) dari jenis bumbu kunyit. Sedangkan 7 sampel yang negatif formalin adalah dari jenis bumbu lengkuas, jahe, dan bawang merah sebanyak masing-masing 2 sampel (100%) dan 1 sampel (50%) dari jenis bumbu kunyit. Dari 8 sampel bumbu giling yang ditumbuhi jamur setelah disimpan selama 7 hari pada suhu ruang didapatkan 1 sampel (12,5%) positif mengandung formalin dan 7 sampel (87,5%) negatif. Sedangkan dari 4 sampel yang tidak ditumbuhi jamur semuanya (100%) positif mengandung formalin.
