Description An account of the resource Introduction: Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) is one of the significant contributors to mortality worldwide. It is essential to encourage knowledge of cardiac arrest management for everyone. Objective: This study aimed to examine the effect of Mabar applications on improving understanding of cardiac arrest management among students. Method: The True Experimental study, pre-test, and post-test with non-equivalent control group design was applied in this study. Results: The result found that there is a significant improving knowledge between before and after training CPR from the simulation method (p <0.05), MABAR application (p <0.05), However, the comparison both of methods showed a significant difference in knowledge after receiving training p = 0.01 (p <0.05). All of the influence of the technique increases ability before and after training CPR. However, the Mabar application effectively improved more clinical skills, saving time and energy. It has compatible with using independently without depending on the trainer. Using Mabar applications can increase attention and impulse for the trainer. Recommendation: The Mabar application as a CPR training method is highly recommended, especially for teenagers and students. For further research need to examine this application for a broad population. Depression is underdiagnosed and undertreated in primary care settings because they appear together with other elderly problems. Depression in the elderly can reduce the quality of life and increases the risk of suicide. As a non-pharmacological alternative treatment, laughter and classical music therapy positively affect mental health, especially depression. Methods: The Design of this study is a quasi-experimental research with pre and post-test control group design. Data were collected with a short-form GDS questionnaire 15 Statements. Results: A total of 32 participants were from the elderly at the PangestiLawang Nursing Home. Laughter Therapy showed a significant GDS score before and after being given therapy p-value = 0.000. Classical Music Therapy also showed a significant GDS score before and after given therapy p-value = 0.002. In the comparison between both therapies, there was no significant difference between the treatment p-value = 0.541. Conclusion: There was a difference GDS before and after the elderly were given laughter therapy and classical music therapy, but there was no significant difference in GDS score between laughter therapy and classical music therapy, Both of them were given the same effect on decreasing GDS Score for the Elderly at PangestiLawang Nursing Home. Untuk mengatasi kekurangan vitamin C dibutuhkan asupan tambahan vitamin C yang diperoleh dari luar berupa buah-buahan. Salah satu buah yang mengandung vitamin C yaitu Cermai. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari buah Cermai sering dikonsumsi langsung, dibuat manisan, dan selai. Buah Cermai termasuk buah yang sensitif dan cepat rusak sehingga harus diperhatikan dalam penyimpanan. Penyimpanan yang tidak tepat dapat menurunkan kadar vitamin C pada Cermai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh suhu dan lama penyimpanan pada kadar vitamin C Cermai dengan metode 2,6-diklorofenol indofenol. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan pre and posttest with control group design. Objek penelitian yaitu buah Cermai awal (hari ke 0), disimpan suhu dingin (2-8°C) dan suhu kamar (15-30°C). Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok perlakuan suhu dingin (2-8°C) dibandingkan kadar vitamin C hari ke 0 terdapat penurunan kadar vitamin C sebesar 6,04% pada hari ke-2 dan 12,23% pada hari ke-4 sedangkan pada suhu kamar (15-30°C) terjadi penurunan kadar sebesar 18,58% pada hari ke2 dan 31,27% pada hari ke-4 penurunan kadar vitamin C pada suhu kamar lebih besar dari pada suhu dingin. Ini berarti Cermai sebaiknya disimpan pada suhu dingin (2-8°C) untuk mencegah penurunan kadar vitamin C yang cukup besar.
