Saliva berfungsi mengatur pH (kadar keasaman). Laju aliran saliva yang rendah adalah salah satu indikator terkuat dalam peningkatan resiko karies gigi. Penurunan pH saliva ( ≤ 5,5) akan menyebabkan demineralisasi dan aktivitas bakteri streptococcus mutans dan lactobacillus terjadi dengan mudah. One of the treatments for breast cancer is surgery, either tumor removal or mastectomy. The problem that often arises in postoperative patients is pain, which can affect the patient's overall condition. Methods : This case study design uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 2 respondents, namely post-mastectomy patients in the Surgical Room of Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, in March 2022. The case study data were taken using interviews, observations and physical examinations carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: After implementing acute post-mastectomy pain management with deep breathing relaxation therapy in both case study subjects for 3 days there was a 3 point reduction in pain scale, in patient 1 from pain scale 6 to pain scale 3, in patient 2 from pain scale 5 to a pain scale of 2, and both case study subjects were able to move and fulfill basic needs independently. Conclusion : Acute pain management with deep breathing relaxation therapy can reduce pain scale and help patients move quickly. Metode Penelitian: Metode Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan mei 2021 selama 3 hari berturut-turut. Where every process of this incident cannot be avoided by every individual. One of the health cases that are often experienced by the elderly in Indonesia is depression. The impact that can be caused by depression such as sleep disturbances, eating pattern disorders, interpersonal disorders (irritability), interference at work, destructive behavior (using illegal drugs, alcohol or violence) and suicide. Of the several ways to deal with depression, both pharmacological and non-pharmacological, one of them is laughter therapy (humor). Methods: The data collection method used in this study was direct observation of patients with depressive disorders, before and after giving laughter therapy. Results: on client 1 when studied starting from day 1 the level of depression was 6, day 2 the client's depression score after 6 therapy was carried out, day 3 after laughing therapy was 5. Then, on day 4 the depression score obtained was 5 .Change from day 1 to day 4 depression score from 6 to 5 (mild depression). On the client 2nd day 1 the depression level on the client when studied was 5, the 2nd day the client's depression score after 5 therapy, the 3rd day after laughing therapy was 4. Then, on the 4th day the depression score obtained was 4. Changes from day 1 to day 4 depression score from 5 to 4 (minimum depression). Conclusion: After the implementation of nursing for both clients, it can be seen that memory has increased, depression levels have decreased, and knowledge levels have increased. Suggestion: after the elderly have shown signs and symptoms of depression, the nursing staff should carry out health monitoring and implement or continue the laughter therapy program so that it will be able to reduce the depression intervention score in the elderly with depression. Berdasarkan Personal Hygiene, baik 26,3 % positif dan tidak baik 76,2 % positif. Berdasarkan lama bekerja, ≥5 tahun 65,2 % positif. Kesimpulan :Didapatkan gambaran keberadaan Tinea unguium pada kuku pemulung di TPA Sukawinatan Palembang Tahun 2022 sebesar 52,5 %. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi- Eksperimental dengan rancangan non equivalent control grup design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara Purposive Sampling, jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengukuran tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah pemberian air rebusan seledri, kemudian dicatat pada lembar rekapitulasi data. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa Univariat dan Bivariat dengan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann-Withney pada tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik karena data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk tekanan darah sistolik pada kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol menggunakan uji Mann- Withney diketahui P value 0,010 dan tekanan darah diastolik kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol menunjukkan P value 0,000 dimana nilai p < α 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa nilai P tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dari hasil penelitian ini pemberian air rebusan seledri efektif menurunkan tekanan darah pada klien hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Merdeka Palembang. Diharapkan klien hipertensi menerapkan pemberian air rebusan seledri sebagai alternatif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah.
