Nyeri sendi yang dialami akan menurunkan aktivitas fisik lansia dan berdampak pada penurunan lingkup gerak sendi. Salah satu tindakan nonfarmakologi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi skala nyeri sendi adalah senam rematik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam rematik terhadap perubahan rasa nyeri pada lansia dengan osteoartritis lutut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dua orang lansia dengan osteoatritis dengan nyeri sedang. Penatalaksanaan nyeri utama yang dilakukan adalah intervensi non farmakologi yaitu penerapan senam rematik. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah lakukan pengkajian nyeri secara komprehensif termasuk lokasi, karakteristik, durasi, frekuensi, kualitas dan faktor presipitasi, monitor respon individu terhadap latihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan skala nyeri setelah dilakukan intervensi pemberian senam rematik pada pasien Osteoatritis. Saran penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan senam rematik ini dapat diterapkan di Puskesmas Megang untuk menurunkan rasa nyeri sendi lansia Osteoatritis.
