Bakteri ini menyerang saluran pencernaan yang ditandai dengan demam lebih dari 7 hari, gangguan pada saluran cerna dan gangguan kesadaran, masyarakat mengenal penyakit ini dengan nama Tipes atau thypus. Penularan penyakit ini biasanya melalui makanan dan minuman yang terkontaminasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pola penggunaan obat demam tifoid dewasa terbanyak dan kesesuaian penggunaan antibiotik dengan pedoman terapi kemenkes RI 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif non eksperimental. Secara retrospektif yaitu dengan cara pengamatan pada data yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan data rekam medik pasien yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari total 60 pasien, presentase terbanyak pasien demam tifoid dewasa berdasarkan penggunaan obat antibiotik yang digunakan yaitu terapi obat tunggal terbanyak adalah Ceftriaxone (55%), diikuti Thiamfenikol (16,7%), Ciprofloxacin (13,3%), Levofloxacin (5%), Cefixime (5%), Amoxicilin (0%) dan tidak menggunakan antibiotik (5%), dan penggunaan ketepatan obat sesuai dengan pedoman terapi kemenkes RI 2014 sebanyak (65%) yang sesuai penggunaan obat dan yang tidak sesuai sebanyak (35%),Untuk penggunaan obat simptomatik yang digunakan pada pasien demam tifoid dewasa adalah golongan analgetik antipiretik (34,1%), saluran cerna (24,8%), Lambung (31,7%), antiemetik (8,6%), dan vitamin (0,6%). Dan untuk obat penyerta demam tifoid yang digunakan yaitu antihistamin (11%), Batuk dan flu (33,3%), hipertensi (55,%). Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk menganalisis intervensi keperawatan yang telah dilakukan yaitu pengaturan posisi semi fowler terhadap penurunan sesak nafas pada asma bronchiale di Puskesmas Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas Tahun2018. Jenis penelitian studi kasus ini adalah diskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek dalam studi kasus ini adalah dua orang pasien dengan diagnosa medis asma bronchiale yang diberi posisi semi fowler di Puskesmas Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas Tahun 2018. Analisis sesak nafas dilakukan secara deskriptif dan diukur berdasarkan pernyataan pasien tentang sesak yang dirasakan. Hasil studi kasus ini ada penurunan sesak nafas yang signifikan. Sebelum dilakukan intervensi keperawatan dengan pemberian posisi semi fowler sesak nafas yang dialami oleh kedua subjek cukup tinggi yaitu subjek I dengan RR 35 x/menit dan subjek II dengan RR 40 x / menit yang disertai dengan sesak nafas, gelisah dan bibir tampak pucat dan setelah 3 hari intervensi diberikan secara berturut - turut, maka sesak nafas pada kedua subjek turun dibuktikan dengan RR 24 x/ menit, tidak gelisah dan bibir tidak pucat. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan yang berada di Puskesmas Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas dapat memberikan intervensi pengaturan posisi semi fowler pada pasien asma karena telah terbukti dapat mengurangi sesak pada pasien. Kata Kunci : Asma Bronvhiale, Sesak nafas, Semi fowler Bronchial asthma is a clinical condition that shows increased tracheal and bronchial responses that cause airway constriction resulting from bronchospasm, mucosal edema, and severe mucus hypersecretion (Marni, 2014). The purpose of this case study is to analyze the nursing interventions that have been done, namely the arrangement of semi-fowler position on the decrease of breathlessness in bronchial asthma at Muara Kelingi Community Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency Tahun2018. The type of case study is descriptive using case study approach. Subjects in this case study were two patients with a medical diagnosis of bronchial asthma who were given a semi fowler position at the Muara Kelingi Community Health Center in Musi Rawas Regency in 2018. The shortness of breath analysis was conducted descriptively and measured based on the patient's statement of the felt tightness. The results of this case study show a significant decrease in breathlessness. Prior to nursing intervention by giving semi-fowler position breathlessness experienced by both subjects high enough that the subject I with RR 35 x / min and subject II with RR 40 x / min accompanied by shortness of breath, restless and lips look pale and after 3 day intervention was given successively, then shortness of breath on both subjects decreased as evidenced by RR 24 x / min, not restless and lips not pale. It is expected that health workers at the Muara Kelingi Community Health Center of Musi Rawas Regency can provide intervention of semi-fowler position arrangement in asthma patients because it has been proven to reduce shortness in patients.
