Anxiety is a normal reaction to threats that can become a psychological health problem if the anxiety continues. According to research conducted by Purwaningrum (2018) it shows that giving music therapy for 20 minutes is more effective in reducing anxiety in preoperative SC patients because it can make the mother relax and can divert the anxiety she will face during the surgery she will face. Methods: The design of this study used a descriptive method with 4 clients, namely primigravida pre sectio caesarea with anxiety nursing problems. The research data was taken using interviews and observation. The results of data collection are presented in the form of tables and narratives. Results: The implementation of music therapy and guided imagery has an effect on reducing anxiety levels in the four clients. Tujuan penelitian : penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Gambaran pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di desa sungsang kecamatan banyuasin II kabupaten banyuasin tahun 2021 Metode Penelitian : merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan mei sampai dengan bulan juni 2021 yang bertujuan untuk memaparkan bagaimana gambaran perilaku ibu rumah tangga dalam pengelolaan sampah di desa sungsang Subjek penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga sebanyak 99 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Dari analisa yang diperoleh didapatkan Hasil Penelitian : hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian kecil (15,2%) atau sebanyak 15 0rang yang berpengetahuan baik, sebagian besar hampir seluruhnya (45%) atau sebanyak 45 responden yang berpengetahuan tidak baik.Sikap (49,5%) atau sebanyak 45 responden yang memiliki sikap negatif dan sebagian (50,5%) atau sebanyak 50 responden yang memiliki sikap positif. Sedangkan, tindakan memiliki (45,5%) atau sebanyak 45 responden yang memilki tindakan negatif dan sebagian (55,5%) atau sebanyak 55 responden yang memilki tindakan tidak baik. umur 12-25 sebanyak 10 Responden (10,1%) sedangkan 26-45 tahun ada 69 Responden (69,7%), >45 tahun ada 20 responden (20,2% ) disarankan kepada masyarakat sungsang agar meningkatkan perilaku (pengetahuan, sikap, tindakan) dengan cara mengadakan penyuluhan yang diselengarakan dari instansi yang terkait atau petugas kesehatan (sanitarian) setempat, mengenai pengelolaan sampah dan lingkungan yang baik.
