Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan dua responden yang telah diberikan implementasi keperawatan dengan masalah nyeri.Hasil : hasil penelitian pada kedua pasien setelah dilakukan implementasi dalam mengkaji nyeri didapatkan hasil penurunan skala nyeri dari skala nyeri sedang menjadi ringan pada kedua pasien. Pada tahap pemberian edukasi tentang nyeri kedua pasien mengerti tentang penyebab nyeri, skala nyeri dan cara mengatasi nyeri. Sedangkan pada tahap kolaborasi pemberian obat, kedua pasien sangat kooperatif dan mau minum obat tepat waktu.
