Gejala yang umum terjadi adalah nyeri kepala. Untuk mengatasi nyeri kepala maka dilakukan implementasi keperawatan pada pasien hipertensi tersebut. Metode : Jenis penulisan ini adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan implementasi keperawatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan dua responden yang telah diberikan implementasi. Hasil : hasil penelitian pada kedua pasien setelah dilakukan implementasi mengkaji nyeri didapatkan skala nyeri pada pasien 1 adalah 6 dan pasien 2 adalah 5, Setelah dilakukan kompres hangat terjadi perubahan skala nyeri menjadi ringan. Pada edukasi tentang nyeri, setelah diberikan edukasi kedua pasien mulai mengetahui tentang nyeri yang dideritanya.
