Kadar hemoglobin dalam darah dapat dipengaruhi oleh asupan makan. Makanan yang mengandung zat besi dan asam folat dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin dalam darah. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian formula bolu cupu berbasis tepung kacang hijau dan bayam pada remaja anemia di SMA Negeri 1 Kayuagung. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperiment. Analisa data ini menggunakan paired sample t-test, independent sampel t-test dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil : Hasil uji statistik (Uji t-independen) perbedaan selisih rata - rata kadar hemoglobin dengan nilai p-value < 0,05 yakni 0,000 dengan selisih rata-rata peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok pembanding yaitu 1,9 g/dl menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian formula bolu cupu berbasis tepung kacang hijau dan tepung bayam pada remaja anemia dan peningkatan kadar hemoglobin darah dipengaruhi oleh asupan zat besi dan asam folat. Kesimpulan : Formula bolu cupu berbasis tepung kacang hijau dan tepung bayam dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja anemia di SMA Negeri 1 Kayuagung. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak usia 7 – 8 Tahun di SDN 231, 232, 225 di Kecamatan Plaju Kota Palembang berjumlah 346 anak. Hasil penelitian diketahui prevalensi molar 1 rahaang bawah permanen anak usia 7-8 tahun di SDN 231, 232, 225 sebesar 11,98%. Prevalensi berdasarkan jenis kelamin menunjukan pravelensi karies anak laki-laki 7,16% karies tinggi dari pada prevalensi anak perempuan 4,82%. Salah satu media yang dapat digunakan adalah media ular tangga yaitu media yang di lengkapi dengan gambar yang menarik serta materi-materi yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan antusias belajar anak. Tujuan penelitian diketahui pengaruh promosi kesehatan dengan media ular tangga terhadap pengetahuan menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri 102 Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 355 orang sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan uji statistik dengan paired sample t-test atau uji T berpasangan. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata pre test 62,00 sedangkan rata-rata post test 89,83 dengan hasil analisa uji paired didapatkan hasil P-value = 0,000 dimana diketahui bahwa P(<0,05) yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna pada tingkat pengetahuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya promosi kesehatan dengaan media ular tangga. Terdapatnya pengaruh media ular tangga terhadap pengetahuan menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Maka penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku penggunaan vitamin C sebagai anti oksidan pada pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Dr. H. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian non-eksperimen dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat jalan RSUD Dr. H. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja yaitu sebanyak 76 responden. Data diolah menggunakan program SPSS dengan uji statistik yaitu uji Fisher test. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil yang dilakukan diperoleh responden yang memiliki pengetahuan tinggi sebanyak 70 orang (92,1%) dan pengetahuan rendah sebanyak 6 orang (7,9%). Dari 76 responden yang perilaku yang baik sebanyak 71 orang (93,4%) dan perilaku kurang baik sebanyak 5 orang (6,6%). If this condition is out of control, atherosclerosis and other complications might happen. This research aimed at knowing the description of triglyceride levels in people with Diabetes Mellitus at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang in 2019. This was a descriptive research with cross-sectional approach. The method of examination was Glycerol Peroxidase Phospat Acid. The samples were 41 people with diabetes mellitus taken by using accidental sampling. The result of the research showed 53,7% of samples had hypertriglyceridemia . Based on the age category, 55,6% of the patients at risk category had hypertriglyceridemia. 40,0% of group patients at not risk category had hypertriglyceridemia. Based on the sex, 52,9% of male patients had hypertriglyceridemia and 54,2% of female patients had hypertriglyceridemia. Based on history of hypertension, 70,8% of patients with a history of hypertension had hypertriglyceridemia while 29,4% of patients with no history of hypertension, had hypertriglyceridemia. It is suggested to the patients with Diabetes Mellitus to maintain a healthy diet, routinely to check triglyceride levels in order to avoid serious complications.
