Anxiety is a normal reaction to threats that can become a psychological health problem if the anxiety continues. According to research conducted by Purwaningrum (2018) it shows that giving music therapy for 20 minutes is more effective in reducing anxiety in preoperative SC patients because it can make the mother relax and can divert the anxiety she will face during the surgery she will face.
Methods: The design of this study used a descriptive method with 4 clients, namely primigravida pre sectio caesarea with anxiety nursing problems. The research data was taken using interviews and observation. The results of data collection are presented in the form of tables and narratives.
Results: The implementation of music therapy and guided imagery has an effect on reducing anxiety levels in the four clients.
Conclusion: Actions that can be taken on priigravisa pre section caesarea clients with anxiety problems can be in the form of music therapy and guided imagery.</text>

<text>Background: Older people experience mental, social and physical decline. So that
it is very susceptible to experiencing functional disorders, psychological disorders
that are often experienced by the elderly such as depression, sleep disorders,
diagnostic syndromes, anxiety disorders. Depression is influenced by several
factors, namely psychological factors such as the length of time the elderly live in
an orphanage. One alternative that can be used to reduce depression scores in the
elderly is yoga. The benefits of doing regular yoga exercises can reduce mental
thoughts, and can control stress, shape body posture, improve sleep quality, and
others. The research method is descriptive in the form of a case study using the
nursing care method carried out by the researcher. To see the development of the
depression level score, pre-test and post-test were carried out with depression
inventory and the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ). The
results of the study after the implementation of yoga exercise nursing on clients 1
and 2 found a decrease in depression scores. Depression score inventory from 7
(mild depression) to 5 (mild depression) and on client 2 depression inventory scores
6 (mild depression) to 4 (minimum depression). SPMSQ on client 1 from a value of
6 (intellectual function mild damage) to 6 (intellectual function mild damage) and
on client 2 a value of 4 (intellectual function moderate damage) to 6 (intellectual
function moderate damage). In conclusion: doing yoga exercises regularly can
reduce depression scores so that depression levels decrease, memory increases,
and knowledge levels increase. Suggestions: for this yoga exercise can be done
independently and especially in nursing homes you can do the exercises together to
reduce depression scores.</text>

pendekatan proses asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13-
27 Maret 2023.
±15-30 menit.</text>

<text>Background: Hallucinations are a form of perception or sensory experience that cannot
be stimulated by receptors, in which an individual's ability to distinguish between stimuli
in the mind and external/global stimuli is lost. Hallucination patients are caused by
parenting, developmental and psychological factors as a result resulting in hallucinatory
symptoms. Someone who experiences hallucinations talks to himself, smiles to himself,
laughs to himself. Methods: This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case
study using the nursing care method conducted by the researcher. One of the treatments
for hallucinatory patients is using occupational therapy, one of which is drawing therapy,
art can be used as therapy for people with mental disorders. Drawing activities carried out
aim to minimize the patient's interaction with his own world, bring out thoughts, feelings,
or emotions that have influenced unconscious behavior, provide motivation and provide
joy, entertainment, and distract the patient from the hallucinations he is experiencing so
that the patient's mind is not focused. with hallucinations. Results: after implementing
occupational drawing therapy nursing for 7 days, hallucinations were found in the three
patients to have decreased. Conclusion : Drawing therapy can be an intervention in
reducing auditory hallucinations in the three patients.

The problem raised is impaired physical mobility. Nursing intervention to overcome this problem is mobilization support. The goal is to carry out nursing care for patients after ORIF surgery in overcoming physical mobility disorders. Design This research is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing care process approach. Case study subjects were 2 people with the same criteria after ORIF surgery. This case study was conducted at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital usingtechnique data collection by way of observation, and interviews. The results of the case study were in the form of mobilization support by doing right-left tilts and moving the fingers to overcome physical mobility disorders, the conclusion was that patient 1 after mobilizing decreased movement limitations, decreased joint stiffness, reduced pain and increased muscle strength, while patient 2 after mobilization the limitations of movement decreased, decreased joint stiffness, reduced pain when moving and increased muscle strength. Expected to apply mobilization support. The results of this case study are expected to be a reference for further case studies, especially in the field of nursing regarding the implementation of nursing support for mobilization in postoperative ORIF patients with impaired physical mobility.</text>
