To see the development of the depression level score, pre-test and post-test were carried out with depression inventory and the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ). The results of the study after the implementation of yoga exercise nursing on clients 1 and 2 found a decrease in depression scores. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan tindakan terapi musik klasik selama 7 hari, terjadi peningkatan kualitas tidur yang diukur dengan menggunakan kuisioner PSQI (Pitsburg Scale Quality Index) dengan ketentuan skor > 5 buruk dan skor < 5 kualitas tidur baik . Pada klien 1 skala kualitas tidur buruk skor 10 dapat turun menjadi 5 dan pada klien 2 dari skala kualitas tidur 8 turun menjadi 4. Kesimpulan: Hasil Studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan skala kualitas tidur pada klien hipertensi dengan masalah gangguan pola tidur sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan terapi musik klasik selama 7 hati dengan waktu pemberian ±15-30 menit.
