After Sectio Caesarea, postoperative mothers will experience acute pain, resulting in being unable to carry out activities. Acute pain can be overcome through the implementation of Guided Imagery relaxation. Methods: The design of this study uses descriptive methods. The sampling method used was purposive sampling of 2 respondents, namely post operative Sectio Caesarea patients who underwent surgery at Bhayangkara M. Hasan Hospital Palembang, in March 2023. The research data was taken using interviews, observation and secondary data tracking, namely collecting data that on status, progress notes, checklists and medical records. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: Based on research that has been conducted by experts regarding the Guided Imagery Technique in post Sectio Caesarea patients with acute pain, the results showed that the Effect of the Guided Imagery Technique can reduce pain in post Sectio Caesarea patients. Conclusion: Being able to apply the implementation of the Guided Imagery technique to post- Sectio Caesarea patients with acute pain and can be developed again and become a lesson for further research. Penyebab karena kecelakaan bermotor, bersepeda, dan mobil terjadi benturan kepala dan cedera akibat kekerasan. Cedera kepala yang paling sering ditemui yaitu cedera kepala ringan sejalan dengan peningkatan jumlah pasien yang dirawat di rumah sakit akibat cedera kepala ringan dengan masalah yang sering muncul yaitu nyeri akut. Salah satu intervensi keperawatan yang sangat efektif untuk mengatasi nyeri cedera kepala ringan adalah slow deep breathing yang merupakan tindakan yang disadari untuk mengatur pernafasan secara dalam dan lambat yang dapat menimbulkan efek relaksasi mengatasi nyeri. Tujuannya untuk melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pasien cedera kepala ringan dalam mengatasi nyeri akut. Metode : Desain studi kasus ini adalah desain deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan proses asuhan keperawatan. Subyek studi kasus berjumlah 4 orang pasien di IGD dengan kriteria yang sama cedera kepala ringan dengan masalah nyeri akut. Studi kasus ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Palembang pada tanggal 15 , 16 , 22 Maret tahun 2023, dan 4 Mei tahun 2023. Menggunakan tehnik pengambilan data dengan cara observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil : Implementasi keperawatan yang diberikan berupa terapi slow deep breathing untuk mengurangi nyeri pada pasien cedera kepala ringan, pada pasien 1 sebelum dilakukan slow deep breathing skala nyeri 4 dan turun menjadi 2, pasien kedua awalnya skala nyeri 3 turun menjadi 0, pada pasien 3 yang awalnya skala 3 turun menjadi skala 1 , dan terakhir pasien 4 sebelum dilakukan teknik slow deep breathing skala nyeri pada pasien yaitu 4 setelah dilakukan turun menjadi skala 2. Saran : Diharapkan keluarga pasien dapat mengenali tanda-tanda cedera kepala dengan masalah nyeri dan mampu melakukan penatalaksanaan slow deep breathing pada pasien. The main thing that is often a problem for elderly people with hypertension is the quality of sleep. This happens because the duration of sleep is short which causes poor sleep quality. Lack of sleep duration in the long term can interfere with the physical and psychological health of the elderly. Disruption of sleep patterns in the elderly can be reduced by non-pharmacological administration through the implementation of classical music therapy. Methods : This study used a descriptive case study, the samples taken were 2 elderly people with a medical diagnosis of hypertension with sleep disturbance problems at the Merdeka Health Center, Palembang City, in April 2023. The data for this study were taken using questionnaires, interviews, Assessment of sleep quality using the PQSI scale. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results : The results showed that client 1 and client 2 regarding the problem of sleep pattern disturbances showed that after implementing classical music therapy for 3 days with a duration of 30-60 minutes there was a decrease in the quality of sleep on client 1 which was initially on a scale of 8 able to drop to 4, and on client 2, which was initially on a scale of 7, it was able to go down to 3. Conclusion : Implementation of classical music therapy can reduce sleep pattern disturbance problems in elderly people with hypertension. Methods: The design of this study uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling of 2 respondents, namely type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in the internal medicine room of the Siti Fatimah Hospital, South Sumatra Province, in March 2023. The data for this study were taken using questionnaires, interviews, measurements. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: Researchers have problems with unstable blood glucose levels with data on patients complaining of weakness accompanied by high blood sugar. After the implementation of hyperglycemia management in both case study subjects for 3 days there was a decrease in blood glucose levels. Conclusion: The results of this study illustrate the need for hyperglycemia management interventions to treat unstable blood glucose levels. Asthma trigger factors can be found in the environment both inside and outside the home, but children with a family history of asthma have a greater risk of developing asthma. In addition, the trigger factors for asthma are divided into two groups, namely genetics, including bronchial atopy/allergy, eczema; trigger factors in the environment, such as motor vehicle fumes, cigarette smoke, burning garbage, humidity in the house, and allergens such as house dust and animal dander. Methods: The case study used in this research is descriptive in a case study design to explore the implementation of nursing care in giving a nebulizer with the problem of ineffective airway clearance in children with asthma at Bhayangkara Hospital, Palembang. The approach used is the nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing implementation, and nursing evaluation.
