Badan kesehatan dunia (WHO) memperkirakan pada tahun 2030 penyandang diabetes (DM) di Indonesia sebanyak 21,3 juta jiwa. Kondisi ini membuat Indonesia menduduki peringkat empat setelah Amerika Serikat, China, dan India. Penyakit Diabetes Mellitus menyebar di seluruh provinsi di Indonesia salah satunya provinsi DKI Jakarta. Saran bagi institusi prodi keperawatan Lubuklinggau dan klinik Salsabila bahwa hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sumber informasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dan dapat digunakan dalam membuat standar operasional prosedur dalam asuhan keperawatan dan penerapan perawatan luka untuk mengatasi resiko infeksi pada penderita post sectio caesaria. The purpose of this study is to provide nursing care with the application of wound care to the problem of infection risk in post sectio caesaria patients. Descriptive research method with a case study approach on two post sectio caesaria mothers in Salsabila clinic sub district source of Musi Rawas regency in June 2018. The results of the study show that there is effectiveness in wound infection. Integrated nursing care from the assasment of intervention, diagnosa and evaluation concludes that the risk of infection is closely related to hygiene and wound care. Title A name given to the resource Perbaikan Parameter Klinik Penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 Melalui Peningkatan Pemahaman dan Kepatuhan Menjalani Terapi Description An account of the resource Penyakit Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis yang banyak di derita oleh orang berusia diatas 40 tahun. Dari berbagai sumber diketahui bahwa kasus ini masuk kategori tiga besar terbanyak peserta JKN. Peserta diberi obat DM baik oral maupun injeksi dan hal ini berlangsung dalam jangka waktu yang lama, bahkan sampai seumur hidupnya. Kondisi dapat bertambah parah bila terjadi komplikasi. Sebenarnya penyandang DM dapat hidup dengan baik dan terhindar dari resiko komplikasi baik makrovaskuler dan mikrovaskuler kalau gula darah, tekanan darah dan kadar kolesterolnya terjaga dengan baik. Kondisi ini tidak dapat dicapai hanya dengan menggunakan obat, diperlukan pengaturan pola makan yang tepat dan aktifitas fisik atau olah raga yang cukup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku penyandang DM sehingga mereka memiliki parameter klinik yang baik agar terhindar dari resiko komplikasi. Jenis penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen, dilakukan terhadap penyandang DM yang ada di komunitas dengan rancangan pre- dan post-test. Responden dibagi dalam kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol, masing-masing 15 orang responden penyandang DM Type 2 dengan riwayat DM lebih dari 1 tahun. Perlakuan yang diberikan berupa edukasi secara face to face dan pemberian buklet serta CD senam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan perilaku penggunaan obat dan aktifitas fisik yang bermakna (p< 0.05) dengan uji Wilcoxon namun tidak pada pemahaman dan perilaku pengaturan pola makan (p> 0.05) pada kelompok perlakuan setelah diberi edukasi. Terjadi perbaikan seluruh parameter klinik yang bermakna (p<0.05) dengan uji dependent sample T-test namun tidak terjadi perbaikan pada kelompok kontrol.
