                <text>Background: Tuberculosis is a Chronic lung infection disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In patients with pulmonary tuberculosis will experience interference with the airway, if there is a blockage in the bronchial area. To overcome the disruption of oxygenation needs caused by obstruction of the airways, it can be done by means of effective coughing exercises, effective cough education, and collaboration in the provision of mucolytic drugs.&#13;
Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study with data collection methods by means of interviews and physical examination. Research subject as many as 2 respondents, namely Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance problems who were hospitalized in the internal medicine room at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. The nursing implementation approach used included Effective Coughing Exercises, Effective Cough Education, and collaboration in administering mucolytic drugs with 1-time implementation. per day in the morning. This study was conducted to compare 2 respondents who had been given implementation for 3 days.&#13;
Results: The results of studies of patients 1 and 2 can show the results of nursing implementation Effective cough exercises for 3 days can overcome cough by removing phlegm to the maximum.&#13;
Conclusion: The results of the study illustrate the need for effective cough exercises in overcoming cough due to sputum that is difficult to remove in pulmonary tuberkulosis patients.</text>

is to find out how the implementation of guided imagery techniques to control &#13;

Methods : The research design is a case study where the research method is &#13;
descriptive with the presentation of case studies through the implementation of &#13;
guided imagery techniques in auditory hallucination patients with suicide risk &#13;
problems at Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, Palembang. It was carried out from 25 to 31 &#13;
March 2023. The sample technique used was purposive sampling with 3 male &#13;
patients with auditory hallucinations with suicide risk problems. &#13;
Results : Guided imagery techniques are effective in helping control auditory &#13;
hallucinations and can help reduce the risk of suicide in all three patients. &#13;
Conclusion : The implementation of guided imagery techniques is effectively used &#13;
to reduce the risk of suicide in patients with auditory hallucinations</text>

Efforts that can be made to overcome this is with effective education and on target. Supporting media is needed in the educational process in the form of leaflets and PBM NIR therapy to minimize pain, expedite milk production, and assist the healing process. This study aims to describe and analyze the results of implementing breastfeeding education in normal post partum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding. Method: This research uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study through a nursing care approach. Case studies are focused on the implementation of nursing educational breastfeeding supported by PBM NIR technology. The subjects studied were 3 patients with the same nursing problems, namely normal post partum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. This research was conducted for 3 days each. Results: The results of this study show that breastfeeding education can overcome ineffective breastfeeding, so that the patient's breastfeeding status improves and the patient's knowledge about breastfeeding increases. Conclusion: Implementation ofbreastfeeding education improves breastfeeding status in normal post partum mothers. The results of this study recommend that health workers can provide assistance that is appropriate to the problems that patients have.</text>

This case study aims to find out or get an overview of the implementation of nursing management of hyperglycemia in patients with type II diabetes mellitus with unstable blood glucose levels. This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. Nursing Care Approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and nursing documentation. The subjects in this study were 2 people with the same criteria, namely diabetes mellitus patients. This research was conducted at Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital, on March 28 2023 - April 5 2023. The study found that the Management of Hyperglycemia which was carried out for 3 consecutive days showed that blood glucose levels decreased. Common symptoms that occur are usually in the form of coughing up blood accompanied by fever and cold sweats at night, can be accompanied by influenza fever which is intermittent in nature, decreased appetite which will cause weight loss, while symptoms especially in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis will experience interference with the airway , if there is a blockage in the bronchial area it will cause pressure on the lymph nodes, and cause wheezing sounds, breath sounds will weaken and chest tightness.&#13;
Method: The case study used in this research is descriptive. The case study design used in this scientific paper is a descriptive method with the presentation of case studies through a nursing care approach in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway problems at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in 2023. Approach used in this scientific paper are assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing&#13;
Results: The results of the study after the implementation of effective coughing practice nursing with effective coughing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were shown to have an effective increase in coughing, decreased sputum production, decreased dyspnea, decreased anxiety, and improved breathing patterns.&#13;
Conclusion: Implementation of Effective Cough Exercise Nursing in Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients With Ineffective Airway Clearance Problems can be done because it is more effective in Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients.</text>

as the main symptom. Pain in Osteoarthritis that is felt can be reduced by giving non-&#13;
pharmacological therapy through the implementation of ergonomic gymnastics physical &#13;
exercises. Method : The writing design used was descriptive in the form of a case &#13;
study, samples were taken of 2 families with a medical diagnosis, namely Osteoarthritis &#13;
with pain problems at the 23 Ilir Palembang Health Center, in March 2023. The &#13;
research data was taken using a questionnaire, interviews, pain assessment. The analysis &#13;
was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Result : The results &#13;
showed that client 1 and client 2 regarding chronic pain problems showed that after &#13;
implementing ergonomic exercises for 3 meetings in 1 week with a duration of 20 &#13;
minutes there was a decrease in the pain scale on client 1 which was initially on a scale &#13;
of 6 and client 2 on a scale of 7 able to go down as much as 3 scales. Conclusion : &#13;
Implementation of ergonomic exercises can reduce chronic pain in people with &#13;
Osteoarthritis. It is recommended that the implementation of ergonomic exercises be &#13;
carried out on a schedule for families and osteoarthritis clients for the pain they &#13;

progressive muscle relaxation for 6 consecutive days. This research was &#13;
conducted in the working area of the Palembang Social Health Care. Results :&#13;
The results of the study after progressive muscle relaxation therapy showed that &#13;
there was an increase in comfort status of the client and showed a significant &#13;
difference in blood glucose levels on the first day and the sixth day after &#13;
progressive muscle relaxation therapy. On client 1, the first day was 242 mg/dl &#13;
and on the sixth day, 200 mg/dl, while on client 2, on the first day, it was 224 &#13;
mg/dl and on the sixth day it decreased to 195 mg/dl. Conclusion : Progressive &#13;
Muscle Relaxation can improve comfort status and also reduce blood glucose &#13;
levels in people with Diabetes Mellitus.&#13;

                <text>Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by infection with the Dengue virus which is transmitted through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Sudden fever, headache/dizziness, pain behind the eyeballs, nausea, and bleeding such as a positive tourniquet (rumple lead) test, red spots on the skin (petechiae), nosebleeds, bleeding gums are symptoms of DHF. Hyperthermia is a condition where the body temperature exceeds 37.5⁰C.&#13;
Methods: The design of this study uses a descriptive analytic method in the form of a case study. The case study subjects used were two individuals aged 4-15 years with a medical diagnosis of dengue hemorrhagic fever who experienced hyperthermia at Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital, March - April 2023. The data for this study were collected using interviews, observation and secondary data tracking. namely collecting existing data on status, progress notes, and medical records.&#13;
Results: After the implementation of hyperthermia management and education on thermoregulation with warm compresses on the two case study subjects for 3 days, the temperature decreased in subject 1 to 36.6 ºC and subject 2 to 36.2 ºC.&#13;
Conclusion: Management of hyperthermia and thermoregulation education with warm compresses can reduce body temperature.</text>

If you don't get immediate treatment in the form of surgery, it can lead to complications due to infection in the appendix. One of the management of this appendicitis patient is by means of appendectomy surgery. This surgical procedure has a side effect, namely pain. The role of nurses in providing appropriate nursing care and immediate treatment can reduce pain caused after surgery is postoperative pain management including giving music therapy.&#13;
Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. The approach used is the nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.&#13;
Results: The study was conducted for 3 days, the results were that the pain of the two patients was reduced, seen from the pain scale indicator, namely in patients the first 1 day with a pain scale of 5 on the third day the pain scale became 3 and in patients the first 2 days with a pain scale of 6 on the third day pain scale to 3.&#13;
Conclusion: There is a change in the pain scale in postoperative patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who have been given deep breathing relaxation techniques.</text>

                <text>Background: The risk of violent behavior is an angry response expressed by&#13;
making threats, injuring oneself or others and can damage the surrounding&#13;
environment. Expressive writing is an activity carried out to convey feelings and&#13;
thoughts to patients at risk of violent behavior that describes the contents of the&#13;
heart related to emotions in written form that is described appropriately.&#13;
Methods: The type of research used is descriptive in the form of a case study using&#13;
a nursing process approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, nursing&#13;
interventions, nursing implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The determination&#13;
of subjects in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely three&#13;
schizophrenic patients with risk of violent behavior at Ernaldi Bahar Hospital,&#13;
South Sumatra Province. Held for six days from 25 March to 30 March 2023.&#13;
Results: Nursing Implementation of Expressive Writing Therapy As an&#13;
intervention in reducing negative emotions is effective in the three patients.&#13;
Conclusion: Expressive writing therapy can be an intervention in reducing negative&#13;
emotions in schizophrenic patients with risk problems for violent behavior.&#13;
