Hasil laporan tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa kaadaan ibu dan bayi dalam keadaan sehat, tetapi ada kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik pada asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny.E di Puskesmas Pembina Palembang Tahun 2020 pada saat melakukan pertolongan persalinan, langkah APN nomor tiga dari 60 langkah APN yaitu penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) yang dipakai tidak lengkap seperti penutup kepala, kaca mata, dan sepatu boot.
