Hasil: Hasil Penelitian menggunakan uji wilcoxon diperoleh nilai significancy 0,000 (ρ < 0,05) artinya ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara penurunan TFU sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan senam nifas. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih banyaknya kadar glukosa darah sewaktu yang tinggi pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II di Puskesmas Simpang Periuk Kota Lubuk Linggau. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk diketahui pengaruh senam prolamis terhadap perubahan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu pada lansia Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II di Puskesmas Simpang Periuk Kota Lubuk Linggau. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pre eksperimental design menggunakan pre dan post test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat, uji statistik yang digunakan uji T. Nilai rata-rata glukosa darah sewaktu sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan senam prolanis adalah 268,70 mg/dl dan 214,90 mg/dl. Disimpulkan ada pengaruh senam prolanis terhadap perubahan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu pada lansia diabetes mellitus tipe ii (p = 0,000). Saliva akan bekerja maksimal ketika kecepatan aliran saliva meningkat. Gangguan aliran saliva sering terjadi pada lansia. Tujuan Penelitian : Tujuannya diketahui pengaruh senam wajah dalam meningkatkan sekresi saliva pada lansia. Metode Penelitian: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen yaitu teknik penambilan sampel yang mempunyai ciri-ciri tertentu sampai jumlah (kuota) yang diinginkan. Untuk menlai pengaruh senam wajah dalam meningkatkan sekresi saliva dalam mencegah xerostomia. Hasil Penelitian: Rata-rata sekresi saliva sebelum melakukan senam wajah adalah 0,86 ml dan rata-rata sekresi saliva sesudah melakukan senam wajah adalah 4,2 ml, terdapat perbedaan sekresi saliva sebelum dan sesudah melakukan senam wajah adalah 3,34 ml, dengan hasil analisa berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon Singnesd Rank Test hasil uji statistik P value = <,001, karena p<0,05, maka H0 ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang bermakna antara sebelum dan sesudah Senam Wajah dalam Meningkatkan Sekresi Saliva pada Lansia. Senam wajah dapat mestimulasi mekanis,yaitu latihan ekspresi otot wajah,latihan otot lidah dan pemijatan kelenjar saliva. Stimulasi yang diberkan dapat meningkatkan aliran sekresi salva yang secara langsung, mempengaruhi peningkatan sekresi saliva pada rongga mulut.
