Pada ibu post partum ASI sangat dibutuhkan oleh bayi karena ASi mengandung antibodi yang sangat dibutuhkan bayi. Untuk ibu post partum dalam permintaan untuk melakukan perawatan yang tepat dan payudara teratur disertai payudara yang bersih dan bisa mempengaruhi produksi susu yang dikeluarkan oleh payudara.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perawatan payudara dalam kelancaran produksi ASI pada ibu post partum di Unit Kebidanan RSUD Lahat Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Krieteria Inkluasi yang digunakan yaitu dua orang ibu yang telah melahirkan normal, penelitian dilakukan selama tiga hari mulai dari tanggal 26Juni sampai 29 Juni 2019 di Unit Kebidanan RSUD Lahat .Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan, setelah dilakukan perawatan payudara didapatkan kelancaran ASI lebih meningkat pada subjek pertamayaitu50 cc dan subjek kedua yaitu60 cc.Kepada tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Lahat diharapkan dapat menerapkan perawatan payudara sesuai dengan SOP di rumah sakit. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah peningkatan suhu tubuh, sebelum dan sesudah dengan penerapan pemberian metode kanguru. Dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnose keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan dan evaluasi keperawatan. Pelaksanaan untuk menstabilkan suhu tubuh bayi yang dilakukan adalah intervensi non farmakologi yaitu dengan penerapan metode kanguru. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah monitor suhu tubuh pasien, menggunakan alat pengukur suhu tubuh, bebaskan pakaian pasien dari lingkungan yang dingin dan basah, berikan pemanas pasif seperti selimut, penutup kepala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dalam pemberian metode kangguru untuk meningkatkan suhu tubuh pada bayi dengan Berat Bayi Lahir Rendah.
