Hasil Penelitian : Setelah dilakukan progressive muscle relaxation selama 3 hari berturut pada kedua subjek didapatkan kadar glukosa darah mengalami penurunan rata-rata pada subjek I 28,6 mg/dl dan subjek II 16,6 mg/dl. Based on the recapitulation of the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office in 2016, there were 30,485 stroke patients ranked third after heart and cancer (South Sumatra Provincial Health Office, 2016). Stroke patients require rehabilitation to avoid physical disability, rehabilitation should be started as soon as possible to avoid disability and avoid muscle weakness after ROM exercises are given. Purpose : of this study was to determine the effectiveness of ROM exercises on muscle strength in the elderly with impaired physical mobility after being given ROM exercises. Results : from the results of the application carried out by researchers on client 1 muscle strength before applying a score of 3 but after ROM exercise for 5 times the muscle strength increased to a score of 4 and for client 2 muscle strength before ROM exercise a score of 2 after ROM exercise muscle strength increased to score 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan pergerakan pada kedua subjek setelah dilakukan intervensi dengan range of motion . Stroke is the third leading cause of death after heart and cancer WHO data in 2001 recorded more than 4.6 million deaths worldwide, of which three deaths occurred in developing countries.The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care for range of motion in stroke patients. This research method uses case study design using nursing care approaches namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Management to reduce pain scale in both subjects given intervention is the provision of range of motion. Supporting interventions carried out are observation of the general condition of the patient, maintaining the mobilization of the affected part with bed rest, elevation and a safe environment, assessing discomfort complaints, including intensity, and collaboration with doctors in the provision of non-narcotic analgesic therapy. The results showed that there was an increase in movement in both subjects after intervention with range of motion. It is expected that nurses who are in the puskesmas Karang Jaya can apply the range of motion. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran asuhan keperawatan dalam penerapan Range Of Motion pada penderita reumatoid arthtritis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriftif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu 2 orang dengan diagnosa medis reumatoid arthtritis dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementsi dan evaluasi.Penatalaksanaan yang akan dilakukan untuk mengatasi gangguan mobilitas fisik pada penderita arthtritis reumatoid dengan intervensi nonfarmakologi yaitu dengan penerapan Range Of Motion. Setelah dilakukan latihan Range Of Motion hasil evaluasi yang didapatkan dari penatalaksanaan selama lima hari adanya penurunan gangguan mobilitas fisik pada sendi akibat Atrhritis Reumatoid. Saran diharapkan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpang Periuk Kota Lubuklinggau dapat memberikan pendidikan dan pembinaan pada para penderita arthtritis reumatoid tentang penerapan Range Of Motion. Hipertensi yang tidak terkontrol dapat menimbulkan risiko penurunan sirkulasi darah pada level kapiler yang mengganggu metabolisme tubuh. Gejala tanda mayor maupun minor diantaranya pengisian kapiler > 3 detik, nadi perifer menurun, akral teraba dingin, warna kulit pucat, turgor kulit menurun, parastesia (kesemutan), dan edema. Salah satu tindakan keperawatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi risiko perfusi perifer tidak efektif yaitu dengan melakukan pijat refleksi kaki. Rangsangan pijat refleksi kaki untuk memancarkan gelombang-gelombang relaksasi ke seluruh tubuh. Sehingga meminimalkan penurunan tekanan darah dan mencegah terjadinya risiko perfusi perifer tidak efektif akibat hipertensi. Tujuan : diberikan pijat refleksi kaki merupakan intervensi yang diharapkan membantu penderita hipertensi untuk mencegah terjadinya risiko perfusi perifer tidak efektif. Metode : menggunakan studi literatur berdasarkan referensi yang relevan dari judul terkait. Sumber datanya berdasarkan jurnal ter update yang dibatasi penerbitan jurnalnya dari tahun 2015-2020. Hasil : berdasarkan 5 jurnal yang telah di review pemberian pijat refleksi kaki untuk mencegah terjadinya risiko perfusi perifer tidak efektif dengan ditandai turunnya tekanan darah maka risiko tersebut tidak akan terjadi.
